We did this as a group activity. We had a scheduled time. Paid in advance and signed the waivers. Kids got a safety lecture and off they went. They had a blast. I think it was reasonably priced and the front desk people were friendly. We were here for my son's 14th birthday party. We reserved a room for a party and we brought our food and drinks. They allow for 2 hours but somehow my wires got crossed and I told the kids' parents an hour later than what we were scheduled for so that was our mistake. But the lady at the front desk was very rude to us. She rushed us out of our party room at 5p (although they don't close until 6p) unwilling to allow us to wait inside where the common area is as parents came to pick up their kids as she began to turn all the lights off on us. We waited outside for an hour. A little bit before 6p, the staff came out (I'm guessing to leave for the evening) and there was one of my son's friends left to be picked up. The same lady who runs the front desk came outside and told my nephews who were 8 and 9 years old that she had "the alarm turned on and have all the doors and windows locked. So don't try getting in here". All of our children are black and this lady is Caucasian. Even my 9 year old nephew knew that there was something not right about the comment she made to him because he was sure to come and tell me how it made him feel. It felt very discriminatory to us and we will NEVER come back. The paintball referee staff and other staff were fine. I spent well over $600 total for the kids' experience and to be treated rudely and discriminatory was very disheartening. I would NOT recommend that you bring your children here if you are a family of color unless the woman running the show quits, gets fired, or retires. Great concept and idea for teenagers but bad front desk representation of this company. It did NOT feel welcoming for us. My son really wanted to go to indoor paintball for his birthday so we decided to try Action since Lonewolf has closed their indoor field. We had the best time! The staff was very courteous and, if anything, we had too much play time. The kids barely had time between rounds to drink water and eat snacks before we heard "Masks on!" and we were back out there. The party room was tight for as many as we had (14) but still glad we had it as a place to have our food and we used the other tables as a place to put our markers between rounds. read more

The service at this establishment is absolutely horrible!!! Specifically, the lady who owns the business along with her husband. She was insulting, and confrontational and exhibited racist behaviors toward myself and the organizers of my group. She had the nerve to point her finger in my face which took me over the edge. If it had not been for the young group present for the activity, I don't know what I would have taken. She rudely yelled across the room to a worker not to explain rules if there were any interruptions with me, which which merely me asking questions on how to resolve adding the school name to put on the receipt or an invoice for school processing. I really had a bad experience at this place, my son went and played paintball a lot of the paintballs there don't explode in contact so they just kinda hurt and the whole game it was just really people hiding and not much action, also they give you like 50 paintballs and to buy more you have to pay which is annoying because there are so many paintballs that did not explode on the ground and grouped up in corners and you can easily just grab some and put it in your gun. We also had to pay 40 dollars per person which was not worth it considering how after every 2 games which lasted 5 minutes each would have a break time after which was sometimes to have pressure put in the gun but other times just not necessary. read more

He wanted to use his card to pay and this #__*! Told him that he can use his card if his license has the same name on as on the credit card. I called last week and made reservations for a group of 6. I asked if my daughter who is 18 can be the one to take the group and the guy that talked to me said that was ok. I used my credit card to pay and put the reservations under my daughters name which the guy said was fine. When my daughter showed up today the owner a very RUDE 62 year old lady would not allow them to go in and play. She said that I am the one that has to be there even though I was told I don't have to be. I tried calling her to explain to her what I was told but she didn't even want to hear what I have to say. I took my Boys to their friend birthday party at "Action paintball Park" in Livonia and I'm in tearing up writing this because this is the first time my Boys ever experienced Racism, I came late to the place. But the parents share with me what they experience. And being there I saw up-close-and-personal to what they had experience ..if this was my son party, I would have never spent one penny in this awful place. We were told they couldn't bring in no food or cake but. A white family had Jets pizza and cake, came in after us. They wouldn't allowed us to register our kids for the waver but allow this white family to use their tablet to register we had to use our cell phones .And now my Boys got questions and my Husband and I have to explain to them about how mean they were treated. I stopped in the parking lot which was empty to have a discussion with my co worker. We were rudely interrupted by a bigger female that told us to move our vehicles. We said ok no problem. I would never go to that indoor park. The older lady at the front desk is extremely rude. My friend bought a used air tank that was 3 months old and said it probably will explode on her and she backed up when she was filling it on top of the Empire air tank I bought it from her and tried saying I never even bought it from her.I'm so happy I decide to phone call record that conversation because she said I tried yelling at her I just talked Stern why she ridiculed me and other paintball parks. I drive an hour and 20 minutes to go to lone Wolf and drive and 1 hour to Future ball both friendly people and always will make sure you're playing even if your gears down. Mind you she is 15 minutes from my house.I've spent over $3,000 on just paint not including gear this year and she would not even compensate me in any way for the reg that blew up that I bought from her because I used it at lone Wolf were one of their employees filled it up one time. A friend of ours made a reservation on the site, and as read it said mon-fri indoor, sats reservations only outdoor. well, being new, and it saying both on Google and their site it was listed at Livonia, nothing being mentioned about going to another store for the outdoor part that's far away. They refuse to give a refund not only that but they lied about calling us. they said they called three times between 12:30 to 3:30, which I find is bs. and they act as if this was our fault. So, if you're new and don't know the place well, you're screwed. forget getting a refund. they won't give it to you since they don't know how to give out correct information. Nothing but scam artist with paint guns. must be the paint killing what's left of little brain cells they have. oh well, I'll be seeking legal advice and will inform my friend to call her bank. I went here for the first time today, and it was my first time paintballing. The lady at the front was incredibly rude and acted like she didn't need our business. The equipment given was incredibly cheap and my gun constantly jammed or misfired during the game. The referees spent more time shuttling us between the front and the course than we played as I paid for 2 hours and got about 40 minutes of playing time. Everyone working there made the rules incredibly general and constantly kicked people off for the round. Terrible customer service terrible management wouldn't recommend this garbage for anyone.
