I have always known that I wanted to be in the medical field; although, I had been missing personal confidence my entire life. This school has given me so much confidence that I can barely recognize myself. First, I would like to thank Whitney for always being there every single time I called for help through the enrollment process, untill the day I collected my certificate. I honestly can't express my appreciation enough. Whitney is the complete definitions of empathy, kindness, fantastic work ethic, and professionalism. I have never met a more inspirational woman in my life who believes in all of her students more than they even can articulate. Second, I would like to thank Joy for being the greatest instructor I have ever had. I can't imagine passing this class without her. The heartwarming experiences she has shared during class will be forever be held in our hearts, and memories as lessons understood. Joy is a beautiful soul here to truly help others. Joy never fails and insures high standards are set for all her students. Which will navigate them in the right direction, so they can succeed in life. Shout out to Angie and the Tutor Doctor gang…read more In the fall as Covid and online learning drug on, we were pulling out our hair trying to get middle schooler and elementary schooler to engage in classes and complete assignments. Both kiddos who typically do well in school were struggling. When we engaged Tutor Doctor, they answered all our questions and matched us with an amazing tutor, Angie. Angie comes to our house. She helps our middle-schooler with 7th grade pre-algebra, Spanish, and paragraph structure and CERs for language arts. She then assists our 3rd grader with spelling, handwriting, and division. When she the kids transitioned back to in-person school she was able to pivot teaching styles. It's been so easy and incredible to have one tutor that is able to help our two kids at our house.

No problem? Saturday class? Yep, we got ya. Chloe, our instructor was great (even despite having a hoarse voice). She offered a lot of explanation and made the videos more interesting, pointing out relevant details and information. Incredibly easy process. Very friendly staff. Well kept facility and lots of amenities for students. Thanks so much!

Previously, for MANY years, you could take the online portion for recert and now I'm told I have to sit through a 4 hr class with people who have never taken the course? When I asked about the pre-class portion they had never heard of it. Actual hospitals and agencies to not require this much training for GS! No thanks...

I first met her in Los Angeles when she was teaching memory training to actors for her, "Off Book In Minutes," course. She helped me with auditions, coaching me with her method to help me memorize lines and most quickly get a feel for my character. She also taught acting as a teacher for Los Angeles Unified Arts Education Program for 10 years. I read her amazing book, "Love Remembers," about how she was in a car accident getting hit by a big rig truck and healed herself teaching memory to Alzheimer's and Dementia patients and they all got better together. I learned that practicing the memory system she taught me will grow new "brain sprouts' so that my mind will continue to get sharper and faster as I get older. I won't have to worry about those diseases I just mentioned because my brain will be so strong from practicing the memory system. She's a nice person too, very kind and cares about you. The quality of the instructor was, I wouldn't say poor, but I can't exactly say good. The quality of the administration was passable. But, if I had to do it over again, I would have done more research. I'm looking to get my phlebotomy cert, and the only reason I was considering going back is that I met the phlebotomy instructor once, and he seemed like a really good guy who loved to teach....it probably would be helpful if I could remember his name....does cute, energetic, black guy help at all ;)
