I really liked all the savory sandwiches. The curry chicken salad sandwich really stood out, though the cucumber and turkey sandwiches were both tasty as well. Really amazing location for tea time, we had the options for lavender earl gray, mandarin orange and spiced chai tea. All amazing but I would always gravitate towards earl gray. Definitely recommend to give them a try if you're into afternoon tea time. I liked it better than the Brown Palace.

There was a large covered tent area outdoor for the ceremony with plenty of room for tables and a dance floor and great times. There was a bit of a walk for those with mobility issues, but we took is slow with crutches and made it to the main area. The bathrooms were easily accessible and the food was amazing. Not sure if the wedding was catered by another company or the castle itself. Definitely recommend for a great venue!

We have 2 sons, 8 & 11, who recently finished their Pons and Midbrain classes at Brain Highways…read more Our youngest son, who is now 8, was born with Scoliosis and subsequent Torticollis, or tightening of the neck muscles. At 2 months of age, we realized he was not able to turn his head to the left. And, while we immediately addressed the physical aspect of his condition, we did not realize the neurological piece to missing 6-8 months of development while we worked on strengthening his neck and back. I mention this background because since enrolling in Brain Highways, we now have the knowledge & tools our son needed to make those connections in his brain that he missed in his early months and following years. Looking back over the past several years of schooling, he has struggled in reading comprehension and most importantly, math. In just the past 16 weeks since we started our classes at Brain Highways, we have seen marked improvement from both of our boys, not only in their academics but in other areas, too, such as sports, general coordination and their ability to communicate their thoughts and feelings rather than becoming frustrated and shutting down. It has also been fascinating for us to learn more about the brain, how it makes connections and wraps myelin as we learn new skills. Our oldest son plays on a competitive soccer team and has come away with a new understanding of working on the edges of one's abilities or, as Brain Highways puts it, ""mindful-myelin" practice". When kids learn to move towards making mistakes, rather than avoiding them, amazing things happen! We LOVE Brain Highways and highly recommend for kids...and adults, too!!!!
