That couldn't have been further from the truth. Well for starters it cost over $500 for the basics. Then I brought my boat home after a week and I always like to look over my boat before I take it out and I noticed my gps/depth finder is opulent come on nor would the motor turn over so I open the back hatch to my batteries where they unhooked all of the battery terminals and failed to hook them back up. I call to tell them and all I got was "I'm sorry." For as much as I paid to have the normal maintenance done you can imagine how aggravated I was. I WONT be back and wouldn't recommend to anybody else to trust them with their boat.

We brought our boat in for a fuel issue and expected communication, transparency, and a clear plan…read morefor repairs. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Our boat sat at the shop for nearly two weeks, and during that entire time, we received no updates. We were never called with a diagnosis, never given a timeline, and never told what work was being performed. I finally had to call them myself, only to be told, "Oh yeah, we were going to call you." At that point, we were informed they had put a fuel pump on the boat and wanted my husband to come listen to a noise. Frustrated by the lack of communication, we decided to pick the boat up and take it elsewhere. To make matters worse, we were never called or informed that the fuel pump on our boat was going to be removed. We were never asked for approval, and no one explained what was being done. When I picked the boat up and paid the diagnostic fee, nothing was mentioned about it. It wasn't until I got home and my husband looked at the boat that we realized the pump they had put on had been removed and our old fuel pump had been left sitting on the back seat. After nearly two weeks, we were left with a bill, a vague diagnosis, poor communication, and more questions than answers and a removed fuel pump sitting on the back seat of our boat. The complete lack of updates and failure to communicate what work was being performed made this an extremely frustrating experience. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this shop to anyone in the area.
