We are Incredibly happy with ABA spectrum!…read more I love that this therapy is hosted in a converted home, which gives the entire atmosphere a soothing and homey feel rather than a clinic feel. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and wonderful to work with. Autism spectrum services are completely new to my family and I , however the owners and staff at ABA have been a great resource and guiding light through this new journey. My son loves coming to his new "school with the blue doors", and I couldn't be more thrilled to recommend their services to the community!

After several visits my 18 month old is happily walking and running EVERYWHERE. Her therapist Jen was so great with her, and it was really about gently working to strengthen her wobbly little chicken legs and building her confidence to take steps on her own. They have lots of toys, padded mats, and various tips and tricks for the kiddos to get them moving around in a low stress environment. Very grateful for the time they spent each week working with her, they always had a smile even when my toddlers stubborn wailing probably scared off half their clientele lol.

I'm so glad I scheduled an appointment. The entire staff has been beyond wonderful. They are great with answering the phone, scheduling appointments, making sure you are greeted and feel welcomed. My care here has been therapy for a dislocation for my elbow. I feel I get the utmost thorough treatment. They use ultrasonic treatment, heat therapy, exercise, and massage. I have been healing so well thank to ALL CARE THERAPIES. Allie (OT Therapist) is absolutely amazing!

Five Stars is not enough. My son, now 6, had been attending a different speech & occupational…read moretherapy center in Pflugerville for about a year when he was 2. The therapists were nice & made some progress, but they couldn't even remember my son's name half the time. There were a multitude of problems, but the nail in the coffin was when we showed up for a therapy session, after a year of therapy, twice a week & were told we owed close to $1000 because of their billing error. If we did not pay right then, we would no longer be able to come for therapy. My son was, at that time, non-verbal, and had other issues related to autism, which he had just been diagnosed with. He desperately needed therapy, and we felt like we weren't at all valued, and that he was just another patient, just another check. I found RRCTC kind of by accident, and it is one of the best "accidents" to ever happen to us. My son has seen every therapist there at one time or another & he loves them all. They are some of the most caring, wonderful people we've ever met. The owner, Melissa, is...beyond amazing. Not only does she work with my son (and he ADORES her), but she takes the time to listen if you need it. I've never felt like my son was "just a patient" or that we were a paycheck, like the other place made me feel. The therapists have made such a huge difference in my son's life, and we feel loved and cared for...not many places do that these days. While I hope that at some point, my son will no longer require therapy, for as long as he does, we will stay with Melissa & RRCTC.

I unfortunately did not get the opportunity to experience the staff's services because the…read morereception office staff experience was completely unprofessional. I called to inquire about an evaluation for my child. The lady with what sounded like an English accent asks if my insurance was with an employer. It was not. Then she asks "is it Marketplace"? Not knowing what marketplace was, I said yes. Then she curtly said that this insurance was not accepted. After the call, I logged into my insurance (which was purchased directly from UnitedHealthcare) and, sure enough, they WERE in network, as I had UHC Choice, and not Marketplace, I call back telling her this information and was referred to the manager, and he was repeating the same information. I told him I misspoke and clarified that I did not have Marketplace insurance and that I purchased the insurance directly from the UHC website, which he claimed this wasn't a thing (YES, this is a thing, because I did it. ). They didn't bother to fully check to see if the office was in network (didn't actually ask for my Member ID information or other details) which is what dozens of offices have done as standard protocol. Eventually the man did say that we can take my insurance, but wouldn't be able to accept my husband's Aetna insurance in 2026 - but that I could still schedule something under my current insurance. ABSOLUTELY NOT! The conversation with reception left a bad taste in my mouth and I have scheduled evaluation services elsewhere. I would recommend in-house office training on how not to escalate insurance issues and on common customer service skills. And if insurance companies are listing your office as in-network when it's not, you need to figure out how to fix that on your end.

This whole facility cares about each person and family that walk through their doors! My son had Sarah as his therapist and She was so great!!! My son is the type of child where you have to be firm or he will ignore you, Sarah worked extremely well with getting him interested in things. When we,first came here, our son didn't understand how to immatate people, he was only interested in lining toys up ect. I swear Sarah and tarsah opened up his mind to new capabilities!!! They used to do a Saturday group session, not sure if they still do, but it was great as well. It was a good chance for the kids to interersct while being monitored by people who really understood them! My son didn't work with andrew, but he had a natural good give about him as well. My son being non verbal I don't trust people leaving him in their care, but hands down there therapist here are so caring and you can tell it's not just their job!!!! Highly recccomend this place!!!

More like a feather weight placed on your palm. It also looked like he had Cheeto dust around his mouth. I was seen by a PA who wanted to take me off my current meds which weren't even at a therapeutic dose and place me on an expensive med. there Are 3 tiers of caplyta, 10, 21 and 42 mg. I was only on 200 Lamictal and 50 seroquel before attempting to change to the 21 mg Caplyta suggested by the dr. It was too strong and I should have been started on the 10mg. I stopped it and called the office and asked for the 10mg. I wasn't going to be able to make it to the office for samples so they said they would put it in the mail if they could and would let me know but no one called me to let me know and I don't check the mail regularly and because I wasn't contacted with an update the meds sat in 100 degree weather for a few days. Then I had a waste of an appointment and was told to stay on my regular meds since I'm doing ok on them and I'm like why did we bother doing the other med? could it possibly be for money? Their office gets kickbacks for prescribing the hot new meds? moving forward, my PA called me a week after the last phone appointment to check how I was doing with the increase in my regular meds and she mentioned that I had gotten Out of the hospital recently... that was 3 years ago. This office does not listen, does not communicate and prob prescribes crap for free lunches from drug reps. The Dr. is a goonish character and I don't trust anyone who offers a handshake with no follow through. I would not recommend this office.

Susan is far and away the best counselor I've talked to in years. I started going to Susan a…read morelittle over 8 months ago and she's been such a life saver. She's kind and open hearted, welcoming and easy to talk to. The lessons and tools I've learned from her have been exceptionally helpful in combating the long ingrained issues I deal with. I found I could go in and just start talking without feeling judged, unheard, or invalid. Her approach to therapy is grounded in real neurological and behavioral science, which was a instant win for me. With some past counselors, I've often been put off by vaguely new age "feel good" sessions that never sought to address the actual underlying illness. After I've finished relaying some story (or ranting, if need be), she's always helped me see it through the underlying context of my illness. She's helped me to identify why I reacted or interpreted something in a certain way, and how to catch myself from repeating those thinking traps. Susan's given me the tools to identify certain modes of thinking and to break out of them - something I've never been able to do on my own before. The impact on my life (and my family's) has been immeasurable. The difference between how and I am now and the way I was before is so stark that it's almost like I was living in a different reality. I'm thankful to Susan for her help and I'll continue to recommend he to family and friends.
