The nurses were great... the food was good... our family was able to stay overnight and through out the day to help manage and oversee her care 24 hours per day...my mother-in-law improved in stamina after two months in the hospital before coming to Reliant.

Unfortunately, PAM was not up for the challenge. The nursing and tech staff were good enough. We enjoyed Cyndi, the Sarahs and Meliza especially. He had speech therapy every day. He had OT a few days and PT even less. So much less that in his discharge paperwork, the PT sign off was left blank. They couldn't even attest as to any level of progress. And PT was the main reason he was there. I inquired with scheduling and they said they were short staffed. I reached out to the CEO who came to his room and said she'd look into it and get back to me. Again, sadly no follow through. The OT intimated that he was difficult to work with and that may have been what PT encountered also - so blaming my husband for PT not coming? Really? I'm not saying my husband is the easiest guy in the world to work with but at least show up. I've already had one occasion to steer others clear of the disappointing results we saw and will continue to do so.

I was a patient at Pam Rehabilitation Hospital after surgery…read more The staff told me they could handle all my medical needs, but when I developed a painful rash that turned into an infection, they refused to let me go to the ER or follow my surgeon's orders. My surgeon had prescribed two important medications -- one for nerve-endin' pain and another to treat the rash before it became infected. The hospital removed both prescriptions and substituted ineffective treatments. The caseworker told me they were giving me the same medicine, but that wasn't true. Their own documentation confirms this. Because my nerve-endin' pain medication was withheld and the infection worsened, the pain became unbearable. My skin grew so sensitive that even a brush of fabric or a breeze caused me to scream in pain. Instead of helping, some staff made fun of me and yelled at me for reacting -- even though their neglect caused the problem. They also refused to provide the pain medicine immediately, even in that situation. I have documents and photos showing the difference in care, including pictures of my incision site two days after arrival and again five days later, clearly showing how the infection spread. Once I left and received the correct medications from my surgeon, the rash and pain began to improve right away. Please Look at the proof attached of the actual type of care they give before using Pam Rehabilitation Hospital for post-surgical recovery or wound care

I called to inquire about an evaluation for my child. The lady with what sounded like an English accent asks if my insurance was with an employer. It was not. Then she asks "is it Marketplace"? Not knowing what marketplace was, I said yes. Then she curtly said that this insurance was not accepted. After the call, I logged into my insurance (which was purchased directly from UnitedHealthcare) and, sure enough, they WERE in network, as I had UHC Choice, and not Marketplace, I call back telling her this information and was referred to the manager, and he was repeating the same information. I told him I misspoke and clarified that I did not have Marketplace insurance and that I purchased the insurance directly from the UHC website, which he claimed this wasn't a thing (YES, this is a thing, because I did it. ). They didn't bother to fully check to see if the office was in network (didn't actually ask for my Member ID information or other details) which is what dozens of offices have done as standard protocol. Eventually the man did say that we can take my insurance, but wouldn't be able to accept my husband's Aetna insurance in 2026 - but that I could still schedule something under my current insurance. ABSOLUTELY NOT! The conversation with reception left a bad taste in my mouth and I have scheduled evaluation services elsewhere. I would recommend in-house office training on how not to escalate insurance issues and on common customer service skills. And if insurance companies are listing your office as in-network when it's not, you need to figure out how to fix that on your end.

My therapist was Eddie but my appts were also supplemented by a few other employees and everyone was super friendly. Eddie was great at establishing rapport with his clients and motivating them to work hard. I regularly cracked up listening to him giving his young clients a hard time in a friendly way and he did the same for me a few times too even though I'm in my 40s. He was very knowledgable, helped me get better form for the gym, and I graduated quicker than I expected. Great staff, highly reccomend!

Unfortunately, they are not allowing rescheduling because they are pretty booked. So if you do get the opportunity to schedule an appointment, make sure it is an appointment you can follow through with. The staff in the front as well as the speech therapist were very kind, welcoming, and very helpful. They not only made my uncomfortable, but also myself. Thankfully, after my son's evaluation, he does not qualify for speech therapy- he is right on track! I called again, same reassurance. Then another bill. When I finally reached a supervisor, she was determined to collect the $45, citing "policy," despite their own team repeatedly telling me it would be resolved. I even offered to split it...denied without hesitation. Now they're threatening collections over a charge they told me multiple times to ignore. No transparency. No accountability. Just billing games. Avoid Endeavor Physical Therapy. Transparency and trust shouldn't be optional in healthcare, but apparently it is here.

We started our aba journey with B.I. mostly because it was close to home relative to some other…read moreplaces that were covered by our insurance at the time. Our daughter initially liked it and we could see the difference immediately... As in the first week. We started out with a great BCBA that seemed to have our daughter's best interest at heart. unfortunately, she had a leave of absence - non-work related - and we were given to a bcba that was working from out of state. We were told we would meet with our bcba every other week for an hour. But from April till the beginning of August we met with a bcba a total of 3 times. The meetings were inconsistent, they cancelled her whole day at least 2-3x due to insufficient staff. And last straw was her refusing to go ...as well as not gettig her set up with our new insurance that went into effect Mid year. We were told there MIGHT be a break in services - as in a day or 2, but in reality nobody even called or got insurance benefits or set anything up until 2 days into her break... so she missed a week of services despite having her new insurance info for about 3 weeks prior to the break in coverage. I was told they dont have any control over it... so that means it comes from corporate the way this is handled - allegedly. at b.I. the child will be with as many as 4 or more RBT's thru their day. Its hard to track improvement if you're not with the same person. She would have a buffet of people throughout her day and weeks. I will say she hated going the last 2 weeks we were there. She would cry at waking up and said "all done" from jump. It would take at least 2 or 3 people to even get her to walk in that last week. I really wanted to just take her home with me or send her to her actual ecse class. But she would be fine by the end of the day and I knew ther were a few great Rbt's there but the turnover we saw in such a short time was significant. Can you child thrive here? i'm sure there are kids that do very well here and people love it. It just wasn't a great fit for us. I wont name names but there were some great RBT's there.. but there were some that my daughter would see and she would duck and hide behind me and yell all done!... or worse she dropped to the ground so she would have to go inside. and on the flip side, there were 2 or 3 that she would hug! I know something happened in the last 2 weeks that traumatized her. as a special needs parent, it breaks my heart to know I will never know what it was but i'm glad we started here to know that different companies do things differently...so we can know what we like and what we don't.
