Unfortunately, PAM was not up for the challenge. The nursing and tech staff were good enough. We enjoyed Cyndi, the Sarahs and Meliza especially. He had speech therapy every day. He had OT a few days and PT even less. So much less that in his discharge paperwork, the PT sign off was left blank. They couldn't even attest as to any level of progress. And PT was the main reason he was there. I inquired with scheduling and they said they were short staffed. I reached out to the CEO who came to his room and said she'd look into it and get back to me. Again, sadly no follow through. The OT intimated that he was difficult to work with and that may have been what PT encountered also - so blaming my husband for PT not coming? Really? I'm not saying my husband is the easiest guy in the world to work with but at least show up. I've already had one occasion to steer others clear of the disappointing results we saw and will continue to do so.

I was a patient at Pam Rehabilitation Hospital after surgery…read more The staff told me they could handle all my medical needs, but when I developed a painful rash that turned into an infection, they refused to let me go to the ER or follow my surgeon's orders. My surgeon had prescribed two important medications -- one for nerve-endin' pain and another to treat the rash before it became infected. The hospital removed both prescriptions and substituted ineffective treatments. The caseworker told me they were giving me the same medicine, but that wasn't true. Their own documentation confirms this. Because my nerve-endin' pain medication was withheld and the infection worsened, the pain became unbearable. My skin grew so sensitive that even a brush of fabric or a breeze caused me to scream in pain. Instead of helping, some staff made fun of me and yelled at me for reacting -- even though their neglect caused the problem. They also refused to provide the pain medicine immediately, even in that situation. I have documents and photos showing the difference in care, including pictures of my incision site two days after arrival and again five days later, clearly showing how the infection spread. Once I left and received the correct medications from my surgeon, the rash and pain began to improve right away. Please Look at the proof attached of the actual type of care they give before using Pam Rehabilitation Hospital for post-surgical recovery or wound care

When I finally reached a supervisor, she was determined to collect the $45, citing "policy," despite their own team repeatedly telling me it would be resolved. I even offered to split it...denied without hesitation. Now they're threatening collections over a charge they told me multiple times to ignore. No transparency. No accountability. Just billing games. Avoid Endeavor Physical Therapy. Transparency and trust shouldn't be optional in healthcare, but apparently it is here.

I called to inquire about an evaluation for my child. The lady with what sounded like an English accent asks if my insurance was with an employer. It was not. Then she asks "is it Marketplace"? Not knowing what marketplace was, I said yes. Then she curtly said that this insurance was not accepted. After the call, I logged into my insurance (which was purchased directly from UnitedHealthcare) and, sure enough, they WERE in network, as I had UHC Choice, and not Marketplace, I call back telling her this information and was referred to the manager, and he was repeating the same information. I told him I misspoke and clarified that I did not have Marketplace insurance and that I purchased the insurance directly from the UHC website, which he claimed this wasn't a thing (YES, this is a thing, because I did it. ). They didn't bother to fully check to see if the office was in network (didn't actually ask for my Member ID information or other details) which is what dozens of offices have done as standard protocol. Eventually the man did say that we can take my insurance, but wouldn't be able to accept my husband's Aetna insurance in 2026 - but that I could still schedule something under my current insurance. ABSOLUTELY NOT! The conversation with reception left a bad taste in my mouth and I have scheduled evaluation services elsewhere. I would recommend in-house office training on how not to escalate insurance issues and on common customer service skills. And if insurance companies are listing your office as in-network when it's not, you need to figure out how to fix that on your end.

Eddie was great at establishing rapport with his clients and motivating them to work hard. I regularly cracked up listening to him giving his young clients a hard time in a friendly way and he did the same for me a few times too even though I'm in my 40s. He was very knowledgable, helped me get better form for the gym, and I graduated quicker than I expected. Great staff, highly reccomend!

He will interpret diagnostic tests in any way that will lead to a release of liability and the patient being on their own with regard to the payment of medical treatment. In my specific situation, he interpreted an MRI in such a way that workmans comp stopped paying for physical therapy. The secretaries that work in his office (there are 2 large woman) are very very rude. Never friendly, always have an attitude.

There was a point in time where we didn't know if insurance was going to cover some sessions and instead of treating us like a cash cow, they were very vocal and helped us find out how to keep our visits covered. 10/10 highly recommended for any age who needs rehab.

Zero Stars! My…read morefather was a patient at Cornerstone Rehabilitation Center and our experience was devastating. I would never recommend this facility to anyone with a critically ill loved one. Throughout his stay, it was extremely difficult to find nurses when we needed them. Alarms on my father's machines would go off for extended periods, and family members often had to leave his room to search for staff. I witnessed the same thing happening with other patients, whose alarms would continue sounding while no one responded. My father was heavily sedated during much of his stay, and I was concerned about the level of attention he was receiving. On his last day there, I repeatedly informed his daytime nurse that he had started bleeding again and asked that a physician be notified immediately. Despite raising my concerns throughout the day, hours passed before I was able to speak with a doctor. After the doctor ordered testing, we received no updates, and my father continued bleeding. When the night nurse came on duty, she mistakenly told me my father had been bleeding every day and had already received blood transfusions. I had to correct her because I had been at the facility every day and knew that information was incorrect. She later realized she had confused my father with another patient. That mistake was extremely concerning because it showed a lack of familiarity with the patients under their care. As my father's condition continued to worsen, I repeatedly asked that he receive additional treatment or be transferred to a hospital. His vital signs were declining while he continued bleeding. He was not transferred until close to midnight. We were told he was being taken to the hospital behind the facility (Ascension), but when we arrived, they had no record of him. After calling Cornerstone, we learned he had instead been taken to St. David's North without anyone informing our family. When we arrived there, we were told he was in critical condition, and his platelet count was only 12,000. My father passed away a few weeks later. While I cannot say with certainty what caused his death, my family believes the care he received during this stay, including our concerns about whether he consistently received important medications such as Promacta, contributed to his decline. At the very least, we left feeling unheard, unsupported, and deeply disappointed by the care he received. There were many other incidents during his short stay that I cannot fit into one review. My family trusted this facility with someone we loved, and we deeply regret that decision. If you are considering Cornerstone Rehabilitation Center for a loved one who requires close medical attention, I encourage you to do thorough research and carefully consider all of your options before making that choice. Please do not fall for the previous reviews!!!

After getting tubes he was improving but our pediatrician recommended he get assessed for speech services. Saba is so knowledgeable and welcoming, and my son loved her right away. She would go to his daycare and would always send a detailed report on what they worked on. It was always the highlight of my son's week . It was very bittersweet when she told us that he no longer needed services-while we were ecstatic with his progress and no longer having a delay, we knew he would be so sad not seeing Ms. Saba every week. I would 1000% recommend her!
