The sales manager simply would not work with me on numbers unless I told him I was going to commit to a purchase. I could have lied and said "Yes I'll buy with you today!". My nightmare started when I brought my car in to get diagnosed. They couldn't figure out the exact issue, but they still recommended a repair and wanted to charge me over $800. The breakdown was ridiculous--the part itself was $250, meaning they wanted to charge me over $600 just in labor. When I started asking completely reasonable questions about the diagnosis, the staff got frustrated with me and ultimately told me to just take my car at no charge. Frankly, they shouldn't have been trying to charge me in the first place if they didn't have a 100% definitive answer to the problem. I decided to purchase the part myself and had an independent mechanic install it in just 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the problem persisted, meaning their original recommendation was completely wrong. Against my better judgment, I decided to give this dealer a second chance. I brought the car back, told them I replaced the recommended part, and explained that the issue was still happening. They kept my car for 4 days with absolutely no answers. Out of pure desperation to get my car fixed, I finally told them to just replace three specific parts and agreed to pay their $1,000+ estimate. When I went to pick up my car, I found out they didn't even replace all the parts. They insisted they couldn't duplicate the cold-start issue I was reporting, claiming it started fine for them every time. To make matters worse, when they brought my car out to me, they already had it running. I assumed they did this because the problem was fixed by the two parts they actually managed to replace. As for the third part? They claimed it arrived damaged, so they had to reorder it and promised to call me when it arrived. I followed up a few days later, and they told me it wasn't in yet but that they would get back to me. It has now been over a week with zero response. I honestly don't think they ever even looked at my car. Save your time, money, and sanity, and take your vehicle somewhere else.
