He said that he would rather do a bunch of smaller jobs such as brakes and oil changes than one large larger job even though the pay would be the same. This doesn't make any sense to me at all. He indicated that he was too poorly staffed, lacking Talent to complete larger jobs. The manager was engaging and was polite, but at the same time, dogmatic and insulting to a degree. Not recommended, keep on looking for a shop that is not afraid of your car. I wouldn't be surprised if they come on here and try to turn this around and state some positive things about their business in an effort to use it as free, marketing or advertising, but, enter at your own risk. They blamed me for cancelling my appointment last week, yet I have a voicemail of them cancelling on me. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and probably shouldn't have a job in customer service. He tried to start an argument with me, which I thought was weird and pathetic. At the end of the day, all you can do is feel bad for people like that, as he's clearly miserable. I'm excited to take my business elsewhere as there are much better options and competitors in the area, hence why Hudson Collision's parking lot is usually pretty empty! Definitely do not go here if you're looking for competence and professionalism.
