I reached out for help recovering some…read moreimportant emails, after my mouse and keyboard were malfunctioning and instead of offering a real solution, the guy sarcastically said he'd "restore all 5000 emails" like it was some kind of joke. Completely unprofessional and dismissive. I have mortgage clients who rely on me to get their mortgage transaction completed. Some people may find that funny or irrelevant but I am an important cog on most people's most expensive asset. My stomach was in knots all weekend because today I have to face these clients and explain the cause of the delay. Rate lock extensions can be extremely costly. If you actually need help, look elsewhere--this was a waste of time. I'm asking if the other processor can source out our own IT at our own cost.
