When I went to pick up my order, the photos weren't centered very well, which is something that has admittedly happened in the past, but it wasn't a big deal for those projects. This time, I needed them to be done well, so I asked the employee if they could fix it, and of course she was happy to do so. She didn't want me to have to wait, so she got to fixing it immediately and I was on my way with proper photos within 15 minutes. Much appreciated. I've also ordered stuff like magnets and mugs and other novelties from the Walmart photo center, and they've always been really cute and the quality is just fine (they're all still in tact and not faded or anything). If you want high quality prints, you probably should go elsewhere, but for regular every day stuff, Walmart does fine.

After searching online and through friends, we only found one location able to produce clear, bright color prints for us from these antique slides. The staff are all courteous, conscientious and forthright. I was able to mail the slides to them, and while other companies intended to discard the slides after their work, whether the prints produced were good quality or not, and none of the other companies offered to return the slides, Centric Photo does return the original slides for our collection. I highly recommend Centric for any work you need done. Brenda Wyckoff

I was so impressed with it, I decided to have them frame it as well. Stefanie was absolutely awesome. She spent literally over 90 minutes with me: helping me with every aspect of the style, process and materials. She guided me, while being careful to ensure I owned each decision. When I inspected it at home, I noticed something I felt needed correcting. I brought it back for the rework. Honestly, I own at least part of the responsibility of the issue - if not all - by failing to make my instructions clear to the framer. They took the work back and cleared up my concerns completely and perfectly! I could not be more pleased! And never did they say anything about my lack of instructions. In this day and age it's hard to find good customer service, let alone excellent customer service. The professional staff at Centric is ABSOLUTELY SUPERB ! I wish there were many more stars to give. I give Centric Photo my absolute highest recommendation!

My friend actually wanted me to be the Native American as a tribute to the movie Revenge of the Nerds and the costume that the Japanese nerd Takashi wore at the talent show near the movie's finale. FYI, Revenge of the Nerds was filmed up the road at the University of Arizona in Tucson but I don't think people would have gotten the reference to that movie. Getting into the garb provided was easy and the photo shoot took only a few minutes. The photographer will get each person into position against a backdrop of your choice and have you pose a certain way but I'm sure you can ask to get creative if you'd like. We just went with the standard poses and were photographed with a serious looking at the camera, happy looking at the camera and serious looking away from the camera look. You get to select which one you want printed. We decided to get all three looks printed in a sepia tone. You can select from sepia, B&W or color. They give you 8x10 prints and those take a couple minutes to print out. After that they present you with cardboard frames with different borders if you want to add to the . Each cardboard frame cost $5. The older lady that owns the place reminds me of the grandma from Napoleon Dynamite. Anyway, she's no nonsense and kind of gruff if you get on her bad side. While my friend and I were putting on the costumes some guy and his girl friend were walking by and being looky loos poking their head in to see the place but not walking in. However, the guy was at the front door taking photos or a video of the inside and of the costumes we were wearing. She immediately told him "No photos!" The guy continues to keep his phone out and she comes around the counter and to the door to block him and flip him off and yells, "WHAT DID I TELL YOU?! NO PHOTOS!! GET F... OUTTA HERE!!"
