Someone is always available to take your call, their response time is incredibly fast, they make you feel like you are their only customer. If you ever have any issues they are working on it before, during and after business hours to minimize your down time. Most IT issues can be handled in the background by remoting into severs and doing all that technical stuff that most of us don't understand, but they know the importance of having a presence and a relationship with their clients. They are making the extra effort to show up at your door even though they can probably take care of everything from their office. I used Copper Canyon for my 2017 taxes and I'm not sure I will be back. I met with Marc in the fall…read moreof 2017 to make sure I understood what sort of records he would need from me, since my property is an apartment building and also my primary residence. Then I provided all of my records and tax documentation to Copper Canyon at the beginning of March 2018 - admittedly later than I intended. I was told it would take about 2 weeks for my taxes to be prepared. I didn't hear anything so I called back a few times and was told they hadn't been able to get to my file yet. I called back again on April 10, and only at that point was I told I needed to complete an "organizer" which was many pages long. I filled it out right away and sent it back, didn't hear anything, called again and was told I would have to file an extension. Ultimately my taxes weren't filed until the end of May. I wouldn't even care about that if Copper Canyon's communication had been better throughout the process. I paid $535 for their services and I didn't feel like I mattered to them as a client, so I'm not sure I want to go back. I have no complaints about my actual tax filings - as far as I can tell Marc did a great job sifting through my expenses and preparing my return.

Your beat bet is to use Indeed and not waste your time using them. All talk no action. I had to do all the foot work even applying for jobs on their website and was told I wasn't qualified enough to apply. I don't know how one who bas a degree isn't qualified enough when many of their jobs were entry level... doesn't require a whole lot... One lady I talked to in the HR department who was rude in her email interactions. Tina also told me to send my resume to her and I did, and she still hasn't even looked over it. Overall, the worse experience I have ever had. You will be told they will help you find jobs and it's all left up to you, they will say they will help you find a job and when you do your part in finding a job, and your overqualified, they reject your application. They claim they want to empower women yet they have no shown that in their interactions.

They called, took their time talking with me, answered my questions prior to accepting the assignment. I enjoyed the assignment so well, I stayed for just over 2 years, until it ended. If there was ever an issue with anything, there was someone there to help get it get resolved (ie: payroll, questions, etc.). This was one of the best jobs I ever had. Enjoyed every day I worked. The first 6 months of the assignment, they would call to see how things were going at least once a month. They always made sure EVERYTHING was going well for me. This is probably the ONLY agency I would ever recommend working for in the Tucson area. While working for them, they offer some benefits. The medical benefit is a legit and good PPO (an HSA is also offered, if you want that option). They also have dental, vision, and life insurance available.

They pull the whole bait and switch with "We have a job for you!" and when you go in they say sorry we have nothing, then never call you again. I figured this would be the case when this agency contacted me randomly after finding my resume on Indeed. The pay was outstanding, the job description was vague, the timeframe was also vague. It sounded too good to be true so I was definitely skeptical. I contacted them to give them the benefit of the doubt. I met with one of their headhunters on a Wednesday, interviewed on Friday and started on Monday. Since then any questions I have are answered within the day, everyone is super attentive and nice. I've gotten a few check ins here and there to make sure everything is still going good. They seems to genuinely care from the beginning to placement and afterwards. I hope I can work with them again in the future.

I was very skeptical at first because unfortunately I had to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes because the previous client took a lot longer than planned. But since she was very good at her job I don't mind now.

I haven't even ordered my labels yet but I'm already in love with this company. We needed hundreds…read moreof labels for mailboxes at my subdivision and we needed the old labels removed. Innovative signs gave us a bid that was thousands of dollars. When we asked for an explanation we were told that removing the old labels would be extremely labor intensive. We were skeptical at first but then Anton did something I would have never expected. He said that we could save thousands if we removed the labels ourselves or hired some neighborhood teens to do it AND he would personally come out to our subdivision and SHOW US HOW TO REMOVE THE LABELS using a blowtorch, plastic razor blades and denatured alcohol! This he actually did for us; and now we're going to do the removal ourselves and save money for the subdivision then order the labels from Innovative Signs. I should also add that Anton also gave us a choice of label types and spent almost an hour explaining their differences so that we could select the type that would last the longest and be the easiest to remove. I wholeheartedly agree with all the other reviews on this forum about Innovative signs - this is a great company and I hope they prosper.

I was getting ready to file a credit card dispute when I finally got an email saying that the screen was backordered but would be shipped out via USPS Priority. I got it three weeks after I ordered it. It arrived in good shape and I followed the directions in a youtube video to replace my existing screen. Apparently, I didn't plug one of the connectors in properly, so it didn't work the first time around. Had to pop my laptop open and go through all of the steps again to find my error. It worked the 2nd time around, so I'm happy and satisfied to have revived my laptop--much cheaper than buying a new one. My one recommendation to them is to let their customers know if they're out of stock of something and that they'll need a little time to fulfill their order. Good communications are a must!
