Ruby Becker & Sarah Saxon were a true lifeline for our family during a very stressful custody…read morebattle. We came to them after feeling dismissed by another firm and immediately noticed the difference. Ruby & Sarah took the time to truly listen, carefully reviewed our situation, and quickly identified a serious mistake the previous attorney had made. When a safety issue came up involving my daughter, Ruby called back first thing the next morning and moved fast to draft emergency documents within hours. That kind of response meant everything to us in such a critical moment. Over the next year, she and Sarah helped negotiate our custody agreement with skill, honesty, and a steady focus on my daughter's best interests. They were transparent about every option, every risk, and what each decision could mean, which helped us feel informed and confident throughout the process. Even after the case ended, Ruby and Sarah have continued to be a trusted support system for communication, documentation, and guidance. We are beyond grateful for their care, their professionalism, and the peace of mind they've given us. Knowing they're still in our corner makes the future feel much more hopeful and less scary.

I've spent years of my life in therapy; I've taken pills, been to psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors and shamanic healers; none of them have helped me as truly and completely as Britta has. Working with her has been transformational in every aspect of my life. I came to Britta with the hope of losing weight and clearing "a curse" that has plagued me for years. The weight I've lost has turned out to be years and years of baggage that I have been carrying around. Subconscious messages, old fears and defeating beliefs had been like a noose around my neck, preventing me from moving forward and having any peace. Since working with Britta I have learned how to change my energy, subconscious thinking, and life. I'm happy and have hope for the first time in many years. Not just hope for a fleeting situation. I have deep, underlying faith and hope in all aspects of my present & future. Britta's energy is healing and powerful, her words and presence are comforting, useful and pragmatic. I really cannot explain how transformational my experience with Britta has been. She is completely present, open, compassionate and kind. She truly listens and has a gift for healing. I am so grateful that Britta came into my life and I wish everyone could discover who they truly are meant to be with Britta's help.

Not sure what to do with my case, Nick took the time to listen. He gave me the confidence and knowledge to make the right decisions to give me the best chances at winning my case, while treating me with the upmost respect and dignity. Punctuality, follow up, responding to any of my calls or emails, allowing me to review any and all documentation prior to him submitting any, copying me on anything whatsoever to do with my case, these seemed like normal protocol. His attention to detail is impeccable. He is articulate, professional, unbelievably knowledgeable, passionate and a true asset to have on your side. He is the reason you pay for a lawyer. I couldn't have found a better attorney. He won my case because he was relentless, confident, persistent and detailed oriented. Most people in my situation would have taken the plea offer, but based on what I knew of Nick and his experience in legal matters, I knew he could win this case. While it was a gamble, he gave me the confidence, while still providing me all my options, to go all in. I'm absolutely grateful for his hard work. Even if we would have lost, I know he did absolutely everything in his power, covered every angle and left no stone unturned. Court rooms, judges, prosecutors... All are intimidating, nerve racking and scary. Nick will give you the best chances to win against them and believe me, you'll need someone you trust and that has your best interests at heart when you are up against them. If you need help, if you need the best representation available, you need to call him. He is what every lawyer should aspire to be and what every prosecutor should fear. He will give your case the attention it deserves! Nick, my friend, thank you! Words cannot express my gratitude! You are an outstanding lawyer!

When Verizon refused to fix/replace something that was clearly a manufacturer defect (instead insisting I buy a new one for $200), I brought it to Hi-Tech computers to see if they could fix it. They determined they couldn't, but the guys there firmly felt I would be getting ripped off if the manufacturer or Verizon wouldn't replace it, due to the defect. The technician took it upon himself to call Verizon on my behalf, and then after being shuffled off to the manufacturer, in NYC, he stayed on the phone and helped convince the manufacturer to repair the part at no charge to me. The technician then helped me package up my adapter and arrange a UPS shipment to NYC to get things fixed ASAP. Since I was only visiting Tucson, I wouldn't be in town when the part was returned, so Hi-Tech offered to call me when the part returned and ship it to me at my home in Seattle. Even though the part is not yet back (not for any reason due to Hi-Tech), and this whole process is a bit tedious, I am grateful for the guys at Hi-Tech for taking so much time to help me out. They're not even making any money on this! Just helping someone out. If that isn't a sign of a business worthy of our patronage, I don't know what is. I thought I would give them a shout out and highly recommend them to anyone in Tucson who is looking for great customer service.
