Very clean arena. It's loud for hockey games. Has an interesting set up. Parking is spacious but no organization to get out. No Jumbotron but widescreen view on end of wall. Overall, cool place to watch hockey.

ACRISURE ARENA @ PALM DESSERT Parking is available for $40 on ticketmaster and $55 when we got there. My friends and I came for Tate Mccrae! This arena was VERY easy, the instructions coming in was very helpful and the parking lot was huge, many spots available. I really love how easy it was to get our ticket scan and accessible everything was. Walking into the arena, it was FREEZING, staff mentioned that this is a hockey arena! The food is overpriced as any arena would be, so i'd recommend to eat before, but definitely can grab a drink when you're there. They have Tanner's Prime Burger there which was cool to see! Overall, the ambiance was great, it was a large arena, many bathrooms, and it was very easy to navigate to our seat quickly.

When Paul McCartney announced he was bringing his Got Back Tour back to the US, and he was going to be in our general area, I had to make it happen. My oldest daughter really wanted to see him as well. This seemed like the perfect scenario because while it was a bit of a drive for us, this arena is smaller in comparison to the vast stadiums he's playing elsewhere. The last time I saw him was at SoFi and I was a bit disappointed in the sound quality and how far away he was, even with floor seats. This arena has a capacity of 10-11,000-ish. Parking was not a problem at all. They were accepting payment for parking on site as well, and I didn't know that was going to be an option, so I overpaid online. They had merchandise trailers outside, which I stood in to grab a tshirt for my daughter and myself while my daughter stood in the line to get into the arena. They were a bit late in opening the doors, which resulted in some longer lines for restrooms and food once inside the arena, but it worked out all right. The staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable about the arena. That was helpful. We ended up being directed into another line that was shorter to get inside, which also ended up being closer to the section we needed for our seats. We got the loaded nachos for dinner and they were delicious! The sound quality was GREAT and it was so awesome to see Paul perform again, and to experience it with my daughter! She had a blast and has some new favorite songs for herself!

Acrisure Arena is a great venue for concerts and events in the desert area. The parking lot is large and easy to navigate, though there is a fee for parking. Entry was smooth--security moved quickly, especially if you have your pockets emptied and ready. The arena operates completely cash-free, so you'll need to pay with a card or phone at the concession stands. Most of the food and drink options are located outdoors along the concourse, where you can pick up what you want and self-checkout. The prices are on the higher side, but that's expected for event venues. Inside, the arena feels intimate enough that most seats offer a good view of the stage. I've only been on the floor, and it was a great experience. Exiting the venue afterward was also well-organized. The local police and CHP did a solid job directing traffic, and getting out of the lot didn't take long. Overall, Acrisure Arena is a clean, modern venue that makes for a fun and hassle-free experience.

I love this venue and have been to a few different events since it's opened. It's so much more enjoyable then going to an event in Los Angeles (I live in the Southbay). We like to spend the night nearby and make a weekend out of it. If the same artist is playing here and in LA I will come here hands down. We've sat at different location around the arena and there really is not a bad seat. Are there better seats, yes of course there are Lol Tip: Buy the VIP Parking if your going to a daytime event. It's covered and your car will be so much cooler. Everything is shiny & new, the food is pretty typical arena food in both price and quality. There are plenty of places to buy alcohol including several bar areas with views of the floor. We also found all the staff (parking, door, concessions, security) to be very friendly and helpful. The parking signage could be better but if you pull in the wrong driveway the parking attendants will get you situated.

It's great having an arena in the valley. Are things expensive in Acrisure? Yes, but that is normal and expected. Very clean venue and decent food options. I come here often as we have season tickets. I also love how friendly the staff is to kids.

Had a great experience at the Acrisure Arena for the home opener of the CV Firebirds! The arena was nice and clean and the seating was pretty nice compared to other AHL arenas in the area. Everyone had a clear very of the ice. Food seemed priced okay as expected. Bathrooms were clean and every where. Parking was decent, getting out took long than expected. Worth the hour drive into palm desert rather than Ontario.

I am a hockey girl and for the desert to have this newer arena and hockey team is amazing. It was so smart to establish a hockey team this way as the desert sometimes lacks stuff to do for the locals and having a sports and new arena brings everyone together, gives a sense of community, and is just an all around fun time. I had the opportunity to come to the Acrisure Arena on New Year's Eve for a firebirds game. The experience from staff to finish was 5/5 stars. The arena isn't that big so it's pretty easy to navigate. It's never so it's very clean and just looks great inside and out. There is plenty of parking but I have heard it can be a little challenging when everyone is trying to get in and out at the same time. So we planned accordingly. I recommend buying your parking pass online. This made the process seamless when coming to the arena. This arena has all of your standard amenities. Gift shop, alcohol vendors, food stalls and such. My only regret was not walking around and up / down the whole arena to get the best feel but I'll check it out next time. We had floor seats right behind the glass of the announcers booth so it couldn't have been better. Prime A+ seats. Very roomy and comfortable. Great views and loved sitting by the penalty box. It called for a great time. I also felt the cost for the game was pretty reasonable. Especially in getting such good seats. I loved the gift store. I have to give it to the firebirds team they have some great merch and prices didn't seem too too crazy. The outside gift store is a must stop but it does get lines because it's unfortunately pretty small. Pro tip is you can buy gifts and jerseys inside the arena but they don't have as many items inside as I saw outside at the gift shop. All in all this arena is perfect for the desert and a great spot to catch a firebirds game or a concert. Happy we have this spot now and I'll be a regular for sure!

our hotel was super close to the arena which made it really convenient, and honestly tickets didn't break the bank either. the place itself is really organized, and overall it was such a fun experience. the only downside for me was parking--like if you pay ahead, it still takes a while to get through, especially if you're running a little late (which we were). not totally their fault, but just something to keep in mind. inside, the drinks were actually really good, but i do wish there were more bathrooms because literally everyone and their mom tries to go at the same time . still, this is hands down one of the best places to see a show. we were on floor 5, row 3 and i seriously felt like i could reach out and touch the stage. amazing experience overall and would definitely come back for another concert.

We enjoyed the hockey game... Firebirds do a great job of keeping the fans fired up! I love their mascot.... He shows up everywhere with his loud drum to get the fans going.... Last art of the game both sides were playing very aggressive and the audience loved it..... Parking is 27.00 for main parking.... you can pay for more for VIP parking and get closer.... Overall we enjoyed it...

    Fun Sunday Hockey happening.

Location: could not be better, new, clean, with great access off I10 W or E. Parking: I have been here several times for different events and just give my CC to park thinking "it is what it is" right? My friend mention parking was $35 and I just laughed and then estimated how many cars were parked... impressive income stream. Just be aware. Facility: incredible design and pretty large. We had a suite (name dropper) which is not easy to locate on the second level with tight security. Suite Level 2: Excellent experience at any event, never crowded and mostly normal humans up here. Food and bar options walk and look around there. TIP: parking again... think about your exit which can be a challenge if you're too close to the arena you get stuck. Traffic control is great once you escape.

This entrance line through security lasted a solid 40 minutes.

It's a bit of a baby arena - a small sibling of a larger Staples/Crypto Center setting. Therefore it's indeed much smaller and more intimate with not nearly as high of a rise of seats. Therefore you'll get better viewing angles throughout - but accommodating ~50% less audience members which makes for other issues such as their pricing strategies. The venue itself was standard comfort from plastic molded arena seats - not every seat has a cup holder for some reason - and even with those, bring a cap for your drink or use napkins as it sits behind most people's hair on the backside of their seats. The staff are friendly and mostly helpful (some really didn't know where the seating sections were and gave poor directions, but they were there to help). The entrance and parking is a bit of a mess that needs to be rethought through if they remain a viable concert destination. I arrive at 7:10P for a 7:30P start and didn't actually get in to the building until ~8:20P. The entrance lines moved extremely slowly with no real organization (eg phantom lines merged in to other phantom lines). Not sure what was causing such a backlog but we all missed the opening act as a result. Be prepared to take a min of 45 minutes to enter for a concert. The parking lot also is a total mess. Most sections are not marked so you are made to pay $50 while parking a great distance away. I don't think they were thinking about the older clientele this arena may attract as it's a major haul. Suggestion: Use your Apple Maps. parking location tool otherwise you will have major issues locating your car on the exit. Speaking of which they had lines of traffic both in and out that lasted a while. This place can be a gem in the desert and needs some tweaks to get things going better.

First night of the last tour.

Ask the Community - Acrisure Arena

I'm a photographer, are cameras allowed inside?

No, cameras are NOT allowed, only cell phones. No laptops or tablets are allowed either.

Has anyone purchased tickets to The Compound? What comes with it? And is it worth the $55 price? Thanks!

We're biased, but it is pretty cool! The Compound JUST opened to all ticket holders. This VIP space only holds 150 fans, so it is the ideal place to have fun before the action inside Acrisure Arena starts (and a great break during intermission.)… Read more

Do they a clear bag policy? Going to an event there, and my gf wants to make sure she can bring her bag or does she have to buy a clear one. Thanks!

I was there a few months ago and yes a clear bag is required.

Can I bring my own food? I've never been to a concert so I wasn't sure

No. No outside food or beverages.

How cold is it inside? Attending a hockey game soon

It is chilly for sure !! Wear a jacket or sweater

Does this venue have air conditioning? How hot does it get during the summer?

You live in Thousand Palms, you already should know the answer. No one has attended any events at Acrisure during the summer, just yet. They do have AC, though.

Does anyone have any pictures from their concert in section 118 or 119?

Our friends were in 119 and we were in 120 for Chapelle and Chris Rock and the seats were amazing. No pics because we had to lock up our phones and cameras. Honestly, every seat in this arena is fantastic.

I'm proud of how talented this team is and how much dedication they have. HOWEVER, the guys are backed by one of the worst organizations ever. Everything is based on advertisements, over-charging people and bleeding the fans dry financially. I'm talking across the board greed with all fans young to old. It's sad as I see a lot of families and elderly folks not able to afford a simple souvenir, as a standard stuffed animal is $45.99. Like what? It's disappointing that the Kraken organization and Firebirds would partner with Oakview group who owns Acrisure, however it makes sense as the team admins are just as money-driven. If I was this team I wouldn't partner with a place that charges $35+ to park in an unprotected lot. It's not right. The Firebirds team is barely starting to give prizes and giveaways to the faithful fans. However, these few prizes are inconsistent and sometimes they don't even have the amount of items they say they have for the first 4,000ish fans. I'm truly bothered that Fuego (the Firebird Mascot) is followed by an entourage of folks who refuse to let him take pics with kids and fans. It's rude and horrible. Fuego is a beloved character and they need to let him hang out with the fans! This team charges $80+ dollars just to have him visit you! The fans at the Ontario Reign and San Diego Gulls are treated much better. I'm hoping this team chills and begins to give back to the fans, not only consistent giveaways, but rational pricing too! Note: This team caters mainly to their Canadian snowbird or affluent, elderly clientele. The team admins clearly have preferences and it's too bad.
