He came to my location and got to work immediately on all the issues I had with Laptop and printer, installed anti virus program (no charge for it) removed every malware, tuned up computer, did it all in a fair amount of time (1 hour) he was extremely knowledgeable, he explained and showed me all the issues my laptop had. Something I must say is: he never tried to work slow and make time to get onto the second hour charge. He was honest by saying this: The computer still removing a program that will take a few more minutes, I don't need to wait until is done (he was on the first hour charge), which I appreciated. They take cards, easy payment process, received email receipt immediately(easy breezy process they don't keep your card information, unless you authorized the system to keep it) Aaron did an awesome job, everything is working perfectly now, he left his information in case anything happens which I also appreciated. I strongly recommend: AAA COMPUTER SERVICE to anyone who's looking to have their technical problems fixed. State Road 7 (441) in Margate, Florida, a little South of Atlantic Boulevard. They are located on the West side of SR7. That is where their office, which is a desk in a small commercial building at the South end of a small commercial strip, is located. The Office is one flight up a long, exterior brick staircase. There is no elevator. IF you bring in something large (wide-format Photo Printer) leave it in your vehicle. Repairs are done off site. The office Manager does not share that repair location with her customers. Once you make the arrangements for repair, the Office Manager will go downstairs with you and you will transfer your printer to her vehicle. Pickup is the same. Both times I picked up my printer, the Office Manager met me in the parking lot and we transferred the printer from her vehicle to mine. In 2012, Epson introduced their Artisan 1430 Wide Format Photo Printer. I have had mine (home use not business) since then. Over the last several years I have had print-head clogs which I can usually clear. However, twice, I was unable to get the printer working properly. Both times I brought it to "Bytes" and they got it working again. Both times I was ready to pay for a new print head if needed or possibly a new printer. Both times they returned the printer to me in working condition with the original print head. They charged me $155 for the second fix (1/2022) and saved me the expense of a new Photo Printer. My mom went to fix the screen of her MacBook Air and they charged her almost 400 dollars. A little over a month after the service was done, the screen showed these lines like you can see in the photo and they said that's because she dropped her computer (something that never happened).... now her computer is not working anymore and she already paid almost half what a new computer would cost even though it says that the warranty for any service done is 90 days on her invoice! Don't come to this store, they're cheaters and scammers! My mom is gonna talk to her lawyer and pursue a case against then shortly.
