History

Established in 2003.

Ours is a classic entrepreneurial story that began in a Chicago apartment in 2003. It started with a vision to provide greater sales infrastructure and help lower the cost of sales for small to midsized companies. Our very first engagement was with a small promotional printing company based in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. We helped them open a brand new market overnight and increased their sales by 30%. Acquirent has evolved into an outsourced sales solution that provides scalability, flexibility, lower cost to build, efficiency and accountability for companies of all sizes. We currently work with all types of companies ranging from the Fortune 500 to small software startups. We sell our clients' products and services as through a totally transparent model. Today, Acquirent sales professionals can be heard selling wellness solutions, medical equipment, energy contracts, green payroll solutions and professional education products to name a few.

Meet the Business Owner: Geoff W.

Geoff is a founding member of Acquirent, joining the organization shortly after its inception in November 2003. Early in his tenure he sold for many of Acquirent's initial clients, which spanned a wide array of industries. In two short years Geoff single handily grew bswift's, a leading provider of employee benefit automation software, annual sales revenue by 82%. Currently Geoff serves Acquirent's Executive Vice President and Partner. He brings a strong background in new business development, sales strategy and sales management to Acquirent and its clients. Today Geoff is involved in building and managing many of Acquirent's client accounts.
