Told me I needed to make an appt with a office in Salem because my son had an abscess under his cap, and told me I might as well make one for my other son as well because we weren't welcome back. RUDE RUDE RUDE! As for myself I stopped going there a few years ago because the dentist said hes surprised my face looked normal with how messed up my teeth are. I couldn't believe it... I'd been having so much pain with some teeth, and I ended up getting a root canal and all of my 20 year old fillings replaced and it didn't cost me a dime! I really love Brittany, one of the employees at the front desk. She is so nice and they always try to get me in as soon as possible if I have any pain at all. Dr. Lee is very friendly, takes time to listen, and makes sure that you're 100% satisfied before you leave. He feels like an old friend! Dr. Herrera also has been wonderful! The office is very clean, and very nice. Each room is comfortable, and they do their x-rays digitally on a screen. You're able to see what's going on right in front of you, and they explain what you see in detail so you know what's happening with your chompers. My root canal was quiet, and painless. I suffered no pain after it was completed, other than some soreness the next day from having my mouth open for a period of time... I highly recommend this group for any dental work, for the whole family! Especially if you're in the Carpenters Union!

I went back a couple of weeks later. They did the filling replacement but still no cleaning. I complained a bit do they fit me in later that day. All in all a good experience. A couple of things I would change. They always try to have you leave your purse and go somewhere else, which I don't do. I also don't need to be patted on the should while the dr is giving me a shot. I would have said something but you are stuck with your mouth open and no way to say knock it off. And all my invoices come with my husband's name on them. I've been to many dental offices this is new and kind of odd given how we are all worried about privacy and such. The dentistry itself seems very modern and up to date. Which is why I will likely continue here but a few things as I previously mentioned I would change.

They were not able to see me until January 29th leaving with a hole in my front tooth. They then changed the appointment to February 2nd. I voiced m opinion in a letter written to the dentist. He then called me on February 2nd refusing to fix the bridge. I also asked repeatedly in emails to send me my records and the name of the dentist that would work on my bridge. They sent a document that was encrypted and I could not open. They refused to send me my payments that I have made. They also refused to send me the information where the original dentist is practicing. Within the past year alone, this denture has broken three separate times. This is unacceptable for work of this cost and nature. While I understand that the dentist who originally completed the work no longer practices there and that the office has changed ownership, Salem Family and Cosmetic Dentistry purchased this practice and assumed responsibility for its patients and prior dental work. I have also been told that you will not repair the denture unless I pay upfront, allegedly due to my "attitude." I am upset because I have every right to be given that I have had to deal with three failures of a very expensive denture in less than a year. My frustration comes from feeling ignored, dismissed, and treated unfairly.
