I received a reasonable quote and based on other positive reviews - I went ahead and book service. My appointment was for 930am. At about 945 I texted the number I had been communicating with to get an update since no one was here - I received a response that Sarah, the cleaner, needed to stop for some supplies and was running a bit behind but would be there soon. She arrived at about 1015 and only had a small bucket of a few cleaning supplies. I mentioned that I had a vacuum in a closet that she could utilize - she thanked me and we discussed that I needed my house deep cleaned as I as getting ready to list it for sale. She was here until about 2:45 when she ubrutly left and said "well that's all there is plus im out of supplies". She never attempted to collect payment or ask if I was okay with the status of the house. While she was here she took multiple phone calls while working to discuss her legal issues and how to get her car out of impound. She cleaned my floors by using a swiffer wetjet - that was in the closet with the vacuum. If im paying for a professional cleaning service, you should not be utilizing a swiffer to clean my floors. Every room in my house is still dirty and I am going to have to now spend hours cleaning. The kitchen still has obvious dirty floors, the stove looks worse than it did before she arrived and she didn't even clean the outside of the cabinets, let alone the inside. The walls in the bedrooms were still covered in dust and I found a spider still chilling on the wall in one so I don't even know what she did while she was in there. While no money was wasted - I've wasted hours of my time. (And im still perplexed she left without ensuring I paid for the services of the company she works for).

When he arrived the price changed to $140 and another $10 if I wanted the windows cleaned and he didn't seem to understand what a deep clean entailed so I had to walk him through room-by-room with instructions for each. By the time he was "done" it had only been 2 1/2 hours. I hired him to clean because I was preparing for a busy weekend and didn't think I would have to babysit him to ensure that the job was done thoroughly and completely. That was my first mistake. At first sight everything appeared to be done appropriately so I tipped him, but after looking at the "work" more closely I found several issues. The job he did was subpar: window tracks were not cleaned whatsoever, one window didn't get cleaned at all, my shower tile wasn't cleaned (just the tub), the master bedroom and living room weren't dusted, baseboards weren't touched, didn't mop under the dining table, and there were still dust bunnies because he swept instead of using the vacuum I had on hand. As if that wasn't enough, my hardwood floor now has a water stain from his mop bucket. Overall, very disappointed with the level of service and feel very ripped off. I would not recommend this service unless you have the time and energy to directly supervise his work and don't mind being ripped off.

I was hesitant to do an air duct cleaning as a lot of people say it's a scam. I can whole heartedly say it is definitely not. I reached out a few weeks ago and was waiting to make an appointment, I have a young baby and needed family to sit for me as I was worried about dust for her. I got a call this morning asking if I was still interested as they had a last minute opening and could give us a good deal and man was it a good deal! There was some dust so I'm definitely glad I had my mom baby sit. The gentlemen who did the cleaning were awesome! They took the time to clean each register, took off their shoes and were actually quite quick I think all said and done it took a little over an hour! Additionally to prove to myself that it "worked" I took before and after photos from the same vent. They did also show me the area they removed to access and it was equally gross. I'm so glad they had a last minute opening and gave me a call! I think for the size of my house and the price they gave it was a great value for such a big house. They cleaned up nicely after, I do have a little vacuuming to do but nothing out of the ordinary. Very professional and responsive to questions. The technicians were also knowledgeable, and let me know cat dander can live up to 20 years in your vents! Gross! But also so good to know. Thank you power vac!

If you are looking for a company that delivers top-tier property maintenance without clearing out your bank account, look no further. I hired them to handle a massive three-part job at my property: a full house exterior soft wash, intensive concrete cleaning, and complete gutter cleaning. To say they exceeded my expectations is a massive understatement. From my very first phone call to the team at Macomb Power Washing Solutions, their professionalism stood out. They provided a fast, detailed, and completely transparent estimate with absolutely no hidden fees or upcharges. Honestly, given the massive scale of the work I needed, I was expecting a sky-high price tag. I was thrilled to find that their rates are incredibly affordable and competitive for the Metro Detroit area. They prove that you don't have to sacrifice premium quality to get an affordable price. The crew arrived exactly on time, fully equipped with professional, commercial-grade equipment. They began with the gutter cleaning, clearing out months of packed leaves, twigs, and debris. They didn't just scoop out the gutters; they thoroughly flushed the downspouts to guarantee flawless drainage and water flow.Next came the home exterior wash. I was nervous about my vinyl siding being damaged, but they used a specialized low-pressure soft washing technique. This process safely dissolved years of stubborn green mold, mildew, and ugly environmental staining without risking any damage to the home's structure. It looks like a brand-new house. Finally, they tackled the concrete cleaning on my driveway and walkways. Years of baked-in oil spots, tire marks, and heavy grime vanished under their hot-water surface cleaners. There are zero "zebra stripes" or patchy spots left behind--just perfectly uniform, bright concrete that dramatically elevates my home's curb appeal. What impressed me most was their incredible attention to detail.
