Attitude here is typical of a dealership service dept. While I was waiting to pay for my useless truck that they "fixed" for what was going to be $2500 but they so graciously shaved off $600, I heard what I'm guessing was a salesperson tell people in the waiting area, "they going to get y'all fixed up? If not, we have a whole bunch out there that aren't broken". This is not the attitude that I want from someone who's supposedly working to fix my vehicle. Not everyone has: a) $2000 just hanging out to literally give away, b)the time and opportunity to get to work while a service dept is making your truck unfixable, c)the means to buy a new vehicle when they still have a perfectly good one.
