I was provided the opportunity to do a walk through and test drive a Ford Escape, which is in the same category (compact SUV) as the Toyota Rav 4. While the Ford Escape would suit my needs, I prefer to view and test drive the Toyota Rav 4 (among other vehicles) before making any decisions, especially since this is such a large purchase. They took my car in, knowing that I bought my car at a different location, and fixed the problem. Yes, it was just push pins that came loose and the cover for my oil change was dragging but they reconnected the cover with new push pins and got me on my way in under fifteen minutes and didn't charge me anything.
