He was able to tell us what size wipers we needed, and tell us that adding on bug washer fluid would give us 10% off so it paid for itself, and offered to put on the blades for us. When he came out to put them on he looked under the hood first, showed us where to pour in the bug fluid, quickly told us everything he was checking on/looking out for under the hood, and saw corrosion on the battery so he went back in to get a spray to fix it, and then replaced the blades for us. Will definitely come back to this location for any future car needs! Very nice manager, and extremely helpful for two people that didn't even know what blades they needed! I come in to pick it up and no one can find it, I have to come back the next morning and still no one can find it. The store manager tells me that it was accidentally sent out and he'll talk to the staff about it. Great but that doesn't help me at all. I was told that it tested bad but of course I have no way of knowing that. I mentioned that now I don't even have a core to turn in for a new one and his reply was "don't you have another old one you can use?" Really? You lose mine and can't even spot me the core charge. He then said the best he can do is 20% off. That is doing nothing since I have a 20% off code in my email that I don't need his help for.
