We scheduled to resolve the second door handle issue the following day, and he was excellent. Truly made my day -- thank you Giorgi for turning an off experience (which was out of your control) into an excellent one, and for leading with honor, respect and kindness. I'm sharing you with my friends and neighbors and wishing you all the best! -- Fast service, rude technician -- right away on arrival he spoke to me with an attitude. Mind you that's when folks tend to exercise their social skills, of which this man apparently had none. I was taken aback so I asked him to pls watch his tone. The job included fixing two door knobs -- he fixed the first very easily, in under 3 minutes, and by the second door knob he was wanting more money than was quoted. At which point I was fed up and asked him to leave. He then said he'd do it for slightly above the quoted price -- I thought about it but, I'd rather give my business to nice people.

How long might it take to get? All questions went unanswered and he said let me take your number and I'll call you back. Two weeks later, I decided to stop back. We said no and again and asked him leave. He then insisted on a $50.00 consultation fee. He became belligerent and it took us over 15 minutes to get him to leave. The existing locks/door knobs were made of the cheap glass/crystal which can break easily. Due to the high number of locks I needed, I contacted 3 locksmiths for an estimate. Mike of Embassy Locksmith showed up on time and gave me the estimate on the same day. Because of the high number of locks he also waived his service fee. Mike's estimate was in the middle. I chose to go with Mike because of his promptness, demeanor, and professionalism. After the initial deposit, he ordered the locks and was ready to install them by the following week. But I had to change the installation schedule so many times because of a new grand baby arrival and the property was about 2 hours away from our home residence. Mike was very patient with me in spite of my constant schedule changes which I really appreciated. He also made an extra trip with my son and accommodated additional changes. Since the house is very old, many doors required special care during installation. Mike was very creative in making adjustments with extra washers, extra plates, altered strike plates etc, he made all the locks to be functional. This job required about 2 full days. I highly recommend Mike whether it is one lock or many locks. You wont be disappointed.
