I used to not have issues with this lab. I've been going there for years. I will not ever go here…read moreagain though. The lady drew my blood so fast, first of all, it was more painful than usual. But more disturbingly, it immediately made the site inflamed and bruised - they look like TRACK marks!! I have pics but Yelp doesn't allow to include. They will hear from me directly though. The lady and her coworker were also very unprofessional in the way they were speaking passive-aggressively to other patient. I felt bad he had to endure that. Lastly, she kept the place filthy and hazardous - she didn't bother picking up any bandaid wrappers, they were littered all over the floor, so much so that someone could slip on them. She has turned me against this location. Pink, square glasses. Hmph.

Unreliable. First time I use this company for INR level for one of our client. The patient waited until 2:30pm and it's already the following day, we still don't have the result. If you call their number, no one is answering their phone. The doctor and the patient is already upset because until now we don't have the result necessary to adjust the anticoagulant. I don't recommend this lab services to anybody.

I visited Midwest Urgent Care due to a sore throat, headaches and intense coughing at night that I…read morehad been battling for 10+ days at this point. When I walked in the staff was attentive and professional. I completed some paper work and barely waited 10 mins before I was called in for a revision. So far so good. I was given a covid test which I later got a bill for $100! And a strep throat test. Once I saw the nurse I explained my symptoms to her. I was told I had severe inflammation but did not know if it was due to a virus or allergies. I was given the option to take a steroid or to wait it out for a few more days and try OTC Flonase. I didn't feel comfortable taking a steroid without a verdict so I went with the alternative. A few week weeks later I get a text for a $252 bill! Not even a bill in the MAIL! So I had no news till now about a bill! I Kept getting multiple texts/calls in one day. By the way I NEVER received my COVID results! The quality of care and lack of transparency for the cost is the reason I will Never go back. DO NOT GET A COVID TEST if you don't want to pay $100+. GET ONE for $25 at the pharmacy. Go somewhere else for better care!

So I guess for some reason Her system gave her some wrong information for who is listed as my primary doctor, and supposedly I was supposed to go and change it. As a result of this info in there, she called the day before to cancel my appointment...The thing is that I do have a new insurance card and I was bringing it today for them to update, and these ones do not even list a specific doctor. So the problem is solved, but how on earth was i supposed to fix this ahead of my doctor appointment when it is always updated when walking in and checking in...that and my phone does not have a voicemail because it was hacked long ago. She kept complaining and blaming me for this which is unprofessional bec I can't change it. She kept speaking over me because she didn't want to hear my explanations and she said "I'm not arguing anymore!" Over and over. Which this was not an argument, it is an explanation to the false info you are spewing in my face that obviously someone at her desk put into the system in the first place! Like I don't touch the computer so how is it my fault and problem if another doctor is listed. That's when you wait for me to show up and shove the new insurance card in your face to copy into there like I was "instructed to complete" to which she was telling me my apt got canceled for that reason as well? but she was being sissy and ignorant to me and obviously doesn't know how to have a professional conversation with patients!!
