I have been using Acid Flyers for almost 6 months now for all my brochures and yard signs. They do a great job and have very good customer service!! They price matched one of my yard sign jobs and they came out great! I love that the artwork is saved in our accounts and you can re-order easily. They periodically will have promo codes that give great discounts! I highly recommend them for all printing needs!! read more

I created an account with and placed an order for a page flyer. I attempted several times to upload the art for both sides but it would time. I decided it would then probably be easier for me to upload the art later since each time I tried to order and upload the art it would time out causing me to have to input all of my personal information all over again. This became tiring and frustrating. After getting the order done I began trying to upload the artwork. I would choose both files titled FRONT and BACK with the flyer name but it continued to time out. The files were very large (graphic design files usually are) but I thought I should try to just upload one page at a time. Sure enough the first page seemed to go through no problem. I then kept trying the second page and it did not seem to have gone through but I just was not sure. I received an email from a service representative stating that they still had yet to receive art work for the order. The order took longer than I expected and then I opened the box and was in shock when I saw the backside of the flyer was completely blank. I called the company immediately but they were closed so I left a message saying what happened (my message was polite) and I requested a call back asap when they opened to get it resolved. In the afternoon that day no one had called me back so I called again. A woman and I explained what happened. She went into a long winded speech about how their artwork is uploaded (yeah OBVIOUSLY the artwork did not upload). I explain to her I thought there was a problem which is why I emailed specifically asking about the TWO pages of artwork. She then said that CSR would have to help me in an extremely dismissive tone. Hours more went by before I wrote another email that I was very upset and I needed the situation rectified immediately saying this could have been avoided and why I was now being blamed when my email was clearly asking questions to prevent the problems. I said I could not believe they treat customers like this and that I should contact the Better Business Bureau and report them as well as letting promoters know not to go properly here for their fliers. When I was called back she told me casually she was calling me back because I emailed her threatening to contact the BBB and that was the only reason she was bothering to call me. She went around and around in a dismissive tone that I did not upload properly and when I would say that she was blaming me she would come back with, "no, not at all" and then start the explanation all over again about how art is uploaded and how this was not their fault but that I only uploaded one page. I flat out asked her to please stop speaking to me like an infant and tell me how this would get fixed again referencing her email. She offered to reprint the whole order all over again for a discount which I said was NOT acceptable. She then went back into her explanation again along with saying I told her I was reporting them to the BBB so she did not have to do anything. My favorite part is their lies to my bank and BBB. They told my bank the BBB ruled in their favor which is not true. Honestly arguing back the money is not worth the $100 since I never want to see another communication from this company again. I have been using Acid Flyers for over a decade. Excellent service excellent quality. Highly recommended

I have been using Acid Flyers for many years and I am extremely happy with the company. The print quality and customer service are both outstanding and the prices cannot be beat. Plus our company is in Florida so we receive next day delivery (after printing) since they use Fed Ex. I highly recommend this company. read more

How is it a place 1,600 miles from me does a better print job than the folks two blocks from me? Front desk and phones-outstanding. Design team-outstanding. Shipping and tracking team-outstanding. Follow up-exceptional. Even though we've never seen each other face to face, I've made it a point to get to know as many of the Acid Flyer professionals as possible. I probably do 10 jobs a year with Acid Flyers. Let me offer a suggestion. If you are not a designer or are unsure what your printing should look like, give it to the design team and rather than micro-manage, let them mock up the first production. You will be very pleased. I work at a university. When people ask me where I get mine, I send them to Acid Flyers. I value courtesy and kindness. Ass those to the list as well. read more

Everytime I use these guys to print anything, they always always fuck the job up in some way. I'm picking up some business cards and it was not printed on time and had a uv coating that I never ordered. Previous jobs have been printed at the wrong size, were dirty, on the wrong paper, etc. They're pricing may be good but this is one of those instances where you get what you pay for. Save yourself the headaches and use PressExprint.com or 48hourprint.com instead. read more

This USED to be a great company, and I used them for years. However, the last several orders I have placed with them have been LATE. This wasn't a problem for the first couple that were late, we still had time and I was willing to overlook it because the price was good and the quality was good. Then I started noticing that the cropping was getting worse on the flyers. Then a recent order was late and they actually forced me to pick up the cargo at the airport (and split the extra cost of going same-day freight). I needed the materials so I did it, but unfortunately I gave them one last chance. This time they were late and it cost me. The 2 business day production time I ordered lapsed to 3 business days, and customer service told me that their website was WRONG when it said "business days," because Mondays are not production days and thus don't count! NOT MY PROBLEM! They also told me there was a server problem...again, NOT MY PROBLEM. A manager then told me they would get the cards printed overnight and have them ready to delivery for same-day-freight at 10am in the morning. DIDN'T HAPPEN. At 1:00p, after seeing that the order was still showing "ready to print" online, I called and was told they'd have it to me this evening and would email me the airbill. They did send me the air bill, WHICH CLEARLY SHOWED THE ORDER WOULD NOT FLY OUT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY - too late for me deliver the materials to my distributor. I used to work in the print industry for about 10 years, so I know things happen. However, when they do - MAKE IT RIGHT AND GET IT DONE FOR THE CUSTOMER! Do not waste your time with Acidflyers unless you like getting the runaround, or unless you have PLENTY OF TIME TO WASTE. read more

I've been using Acid Flyers for a fews years now. They have fair prices, excellent sale specials, quick turn around and fantastic customer service. I'm not that computer savvy so it's nice to have their assistance with sending print ready material when needed. read more

I have been using Acid Flyers for years now and have never had anything but praise for the expertise, job quality, prices, and turn-around times. Perhaps the idiot that only gave them 1 star suffers from that dreaded 'OE' (operator error) that plaques the planet. I'll bet that if he called he would have found them more than willing and capable of helping. Of course, my 100+ successful dealings with their company and its competent, professional staff, as well as very well designed website with all the tools anyone could want, might make me only moderately qualified to testify on their behalf............. read more

Absolutely the worst possible customer experience I've had in my 60 years. The site is a joke and is nothing but that. The work is not done on site. The price continually changed. You are charged before you even upload the art. I never could get it to work. They processed my credit card, the funds were taken from my account, and yet the site stayed on same page. It says don't hit checkout again or it will be processed again, so I called. Basically got told there was nothing they could do. They don't have a credit card processor so even if you go in you have to set it up online. I tried to chat to let them know I couldn't do it again cause they had already taken the money so card would be denied. I offered to send screenshot of bank account to prove it had been processed. I got in car and drove up there. Paid them in cash for the order. Paid fir next day service, then told I had missed cutoff so I had to pay for same day service to get flyers tomorrow. I paid the additional money for supposed same day service and was told they couldn't guarantee it but would try to get them to me by 11:00. I waited till 1:00. I called said they would be there later that afternoon, and they would call as soon as they were ready. I waited till 3:30. Drove the 15 miles again and decided to just hang out till my order was ready. Guess what? Now not going to be ready till "sometime" tomorrow. I asked why do you keep lying to me? I asked to speak to a manager or the owner. I was refused. Instead they threatened to call the police.. Yep, two big ole boys that were afraid of a 60 year old woman. I said, please do, because to charge someone for same day service is fraud if you have no intentions of delivering. Long story short, I pushed them into calling the cops. So, I will wait patiently for my order 2 days later ... That I could have ordered from a reputable company and already had by now, and decide if they are really worth my time to file a small claims case to recover my losses. So unless you want an acid stomach from acid flyers...don't waste your time or money! read more
