Please note this review is not about the therapists themselves but that hardly matters if you can't actually get in to see them. My insurance cleared me for 20 sessions without ANY time restrictions or expiration date. They were only "able" to get me in 5 times and that was a full five weeks after I was supposed to start. On the 6th appt they said they put their own end date in their system and therefore I couldn't be seen that day and had me fill out my forms all over again but after three phone calls over two weeks, I never got in again, nor were they able to email or print my exercises then or on any of my visits. And it's not just me, every single time I sat in the waiting room I watched them turn away people for various clerical reasons -- they literally sent elderly people home who had clearly gone to great lengths to secure transportation there. Turned away children whose parents had gotten time off to bring their children there. Offering no apologies, only random excuses about glitches in their computer system, just shameful. The facility is clean enough but the equipment is very old. DON'T RISK YOUR HEALTH. There are numerous facilities to choose from nearby and many more a short drive further.

During physical therapy for the foot, an exercise hurt my knee. I mentioned this to my usual PT, Jeff, and to Darren. There were three occasions on which I mentioned the knee problem to them. The knee became very painful and misshapen. Walking for exercise caused extreme pain. An orthopedist recommended physical therapy, and I sent the prescription to Two Trees Physical Therapy in Camarillo. And I called. There were no responses. The car crash damaged the leg, and the knee was weak from the car crash. I don't hold Two Trees Physical Therapy at fault for the development of the knee problem during PT. It's very disappointing not to even hear a reply from them about the knee physical therapy.

But it is something to think about. The waiting room seems to get overcrowded a lot. I think it is not streamlined enough. The hand therapy is at some tables. I also used a bench/table for core work and a strap setup to do, very low end for me, cross fit type exercises. There is a large room with stationary bikes, treadmills, weights, etc. I received some personal advice from Nicola, that was very helpful. And continues to be so. I am very glad I went here. A little cramped in certain areas, but was a good spot for me.

Every time I call from my cell phone, I get an immediate "User busy" message, but calling from my wife's cell phone immediately after works fine, even though we both have the same carrier. This started after my initial calls to the office number about issuance coverage, where a male staff member seemed a bit impatient with me but transferred me to a helpful staff. When I called back the same day to schedule my appointment, I would get the "User busy" message. This continued throughout the day and still happens every time I call from my phone. I always have to use my wife's phone to make an appointment. The internet say's this message is associated to numbers when they have been blocked. I really can't say. Overall, I'm very happy with the therapy itself, but the call issue has been frustrating. I hope they can resolve it soon for better accessibility.
