If you're looking for an ADHD or autism screening for your children, they are not accepting new patients. If you suspect your child has autism or ADHD Do not seek help! last week when I called to schedule an appointment, they were happy to accept new patients but as soon as I asked if they did ADHD or autism screenings, they said oh we have to call you back. They never called me back. I called them back today and spoke with the front desk and she said after speaking with her manager they now are no longer accepting new patients. I confronted the receptionist and said last week you told me you were accepting new patients, what has changed? She says that they do not accept new patients that need autism screenings. Can someone please explain to me how a pediatrician is not qualified to do an autism screening. I don't know if I even would want to take my kids here for a common cold. read more

Recently changed pcps and took my 10 year old son here. Place was smaller and more cozy but that's ok bc the wait wasn't long at all. It was more personable and decorated very cute for those with littles, the MA, front desk and Dr. Lin were all so friendly, welcoming and positive !! Everything was also very clean and had hand sanitizer available which is always a good thing. read more

I took my 5-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter to Coppa Pediatrics for flu-like symptoms. The doctors were outstanding, and the staff was both kind and supportive. The office is very child-friendly. I highly recommend Coppa Pediatrics. read more

My wife recently brought my 2 year old in because of an eye infection, which she's prone to. However, our regular pediatrician was out so Dr Coppa was filling in. She made some condescending remarks to my wife about my daughter's hygiene, suggesting that we do not regularly bathe our child and this is the reason why she has this problem. If she would've looked at her patient history, she would've known that this isn't the first time we've brought her in for this. If it wasn't for the great staff and our relationship with our regular pediatrician, we would not come here! read more

Dr.Lilia Coppe is amazing! We were recommended to her by family and friends who took their infants to her! She is direct and gives the information from medical terms down to the simplist of forms which is a plus in my book gives me peace of mind when big medical terms put my nerves on high alert! The staff is friendly and helpful! I never have an issue with them, Any concerns that may arise they are easy to reach and do actually call you back in a decent amount of time! if you are looking for a doctor for your little one look no further im telling you now..YOU WONT REGRET COMING TO HER read more

Great experience! Dr. Coppa has always provided immediate care for our kid. Office wait can be quick, sometimes a little slow but theres no same experience. But truly excellent care. Highly recommended. My brother's kids go here too. He thinks the same. read more

Last 2 times I've been here I've waited over an hour to be seen. This is ridiculous. Excuse was they are short staffed... then why put us on the schedule. They don't respect their patients time. Been seen faster at urgent care every time. On top of that the doctor sent 2 prescriptions to 2 separate pharmacies so I had to run to 2. read more

Everything started off great with this Dr and her office. They seemed happy to see us and we had a great relationship with some of the staff members. Supposedly, we were notified to pay our balance a month before our last visit. We were also notified when we went for our last appt. (6 months), so we made a payment to stay in good standings. Before I knew it, we received a letter in the mail for collections due to non-payment! This is a heart breaker because we were comfortable there and could've paid if we had remembered our balance. With newborns, the spacing between appointments is apprx. 3 months, so it is very easy to lose track. Anyways, looking into the situation, I was only able to locate one received bill since our last visit. Aside from that, no phone call? If we had received a phone call, we could've made a payment then and there on the phone. This office no longer cares to see my son, since we were already sent to collections. I made the payment to the collection agency the same day I was notified! This office either didn't care enough to keep us as a patient, or they are just lacking in the billing department. Either way, I had to pay more than what my balance should've been and this office only receives a portion of what that balance is, since they used an agency to collect. The effort spent contacting the agency, should've been to the patient first. It should be understood that sometimes there are errors with physical mail. After contacting the office, the billing department was stand off-ish in a way and didn't budge. She tried to reason with me by saying that she understands sometimes bills get in the way, but this wasn't the case. The issue was not being aware of the balance within a reasonable time. If you go to this office, don't rely on them to make things easy. read more

Dr. Coppa has been the best from the very first appointment we had for my son. I can tell she genuinely cares about my son & his health. Every time he is sick, she squeezes us in for an appointment whether in person or through Telehealth. As a first time parent, there are many things to worry about but she always reassures me and provides the best care for my baby! The nurses are also very friendly. Front staff is always helpful. Definitely would recommend parents to bring their little ones here. read more

Dr.Coppa is an amazing pediatrician with An awesome team. I have been taking my oldest son since he was 5yrs old and recently had a baby. I made a comment to Dr.Coppa in one of my sons appts in regards to having my new baby go to her office. Dr.Coppa was at the hospital to check my newborn through the weekend and took extra precautions to make sure my newborn was taken care of. She has exceeded all expectations I've had of a pediatrician. If I could give her 10 stars I would because my babies love her. read more

The first time we went, we waited over an hour. My 2 year old was livid by the time we were seen. We figured it was just a busy day. Our second appointment was their first appointment of the day (when they opened) and we were in the waiting room with another family. This is 100% double booking AND IT IS NOT OK!!! We all got called back in a timely manner however after talking to the nurse for a few minutes, she asked me to get my son undressed to his diaper and then we were left in that cold room for again, an HOUR. I'm not exaggerating and again, son was highly agitated by the time we were seen. I had to call my husband from work to switch out with me so that I could make it to my work shift on time. I had no idea we would be there until after 11 for a 9 am appointment. So then the doctor tells my husband that our son needs speech therapy and gives our info to a speech therapist who proceeds to call me twice a day for more than a week, ending up leaving me 5 voicemails, the last one indicating she understands that some parents do not take the child's speech deficiency as seriously as others....etc. So anyway! my son talks to us plenty! How is a speech therapist going to tell me about a 2 year olds "deficiencies" when right now he really only communicates with his parents! He quiets down around new people, on top of that I couldn't answer my cell phone for the lady calling me because I was at work and was pretty much Shamed for that. This is for sure NOT what new parents need. Finding a new doctor RIGHT now. read more

Dr Coppa and the assistants talks to my daughter and gives me any information I need or ask for. Also the wait time from going into my app is never more than 10 min which is amazing. I definitely would recommend this Dr and office for your child. read more

Today I took my sweet, sensitive, bright child in to see Dr. Coppa. During the course of a routine physical she called him "chubby", shamed him for having accidents at night, told him not to listen to me when I said it was "okay" that he had accidents sometimes, and when his hearing test was normal she said "so that is no excuse not to listen" (which was so weird because he was being very patient even though she had made us wait for over an hour). She acted as if he was not a person with feelings. He will never be able to un-hear her unkind, insensitive words. I do not understand why she is a pediatrician since she does not seem to value children. read more

While Dr. Coppa came highly recommended, her staff is disrespectful and completely turned me off from giving Dr. Coppa a try. The doctor may be great, but that does no good if her staff keeps answering the phone and treating potential clients the way I was treated. Thumbs down. I will take my child somewhere we can both be treated with respect. read more
