Repeat." - only I won't be repeating it at all, as the coffee in the urns was burned and had no flavor. When I asked the cashier about a fresh urn of coffee, her answer was: "That's not my job." The coffee and especially the service were so good that we stopped again this year and were fortunate enough to meet the owner Ann-marie. She made us feel like royalty, but I soon realized that's how she treats all of her customers. The homemade pies were to die for and the slice seemed like a quarter of the pie. She suggested and crafted a refreshing summer coffee drink that exceeded our expectations. In addition, I found the prices to be unexpectedly reasonable. We had the most wonderful afternoon chatting away with the locals and enjoying the welcoming atmosphere of this Oswego gem. I highly recommend making time to stop by The Connection Point. Unfortunately, today I learned they are no longer doing piercings. Other than piercings the store itself is amazing. They sell clothes, body jewelry, incense, tapestry's, and so many other things! All the staff is very nice and welcoming. Safe to say this store hasn't changed at all since I last shopped about 10 years ago. I was definitely feeling nostalgic here today. Unfortunately I didn't see Alex (has moved away) or Heidi...but I still felt like I was home. Definitely shop here and support a local Oswego business.

submitted a claim for a mattress that has 2 inch impressions, and the pillow top has shifted inches…read moreover to the side of the bed. was rejected the first time saying that my claim didn't fit the parameters of a mattress replacement, but it clearly was worse than that they require. they then sent an inspector out to look at it who said it was " definitely not right" and was ". definitely defective". I received a second denial stating there was a stain on the mattress that had nothing to do with the damage so they will not honor their warranty. I have purchased several mattresses from this location, but they will not be seeing my business again and will spread the word to others.
