The address is clearly marked on the mailbox AND the house 2. Maybe the person wasn't home (The recipient works at home and was home at the time of delivery) 3. Sometimes we leave the delivery with a neighbor (Understandable if the recipient wasn't home. She was.) 4. Mistakes happen (Yes, they do. But no apology was offered.) Why did I have to pay a delivery fee if the recipient had to track down her own flowers? In reading other reviews of this business, delivery to the wrong address is a common occurrence. So disappointing.
