Flowers were pretty but were delivered to the wrong address. The excuses I was given include: 1. The address was on a cul de sac (I'm puzzled by this excuse. The address is clearly marked on the mailbox AND the house 2. Maybe the person wasn't home (The recipient works at home and was home at the time of delivery) 3. Sometimes we leave the delivery with a neighbor (Understandable if the recipient wasn't home. She was.) 4. Mistakes happen (Yes, they do. But no apology was offered.) Why did I have to pay a delivery fee if the recipient had to track down her own flowers? In reading other reviews of this business, delivery to the wrong address is a common occurrence. Second time I have preordered flowers and showed up to pick them up and they hadn't been made yet. I stop in and place the order well in advance and pre-pay for them. I advised the person exactly what I wanted. Today I show up and again no flowers ready. a bouquet in a vase was quickly thrown together. I had specifically ordered an arrangement. I did let them know of my dissatisfaction. the clerk did not seem to concerned about my dissatisfaction. After using Creative Florist for years, I will never do business with them again. Hopefully maybe the owner will see this and have a discussion with the older lady I dealt with. If by any chance she is the owner she needs to be educated on customer service. read more

Flowers were order for my mother's funeral from out of state. When they weren't at the services on Saturday morning the funeral director called to find out why. He was told that the manager wouldn't be able to take care of it till Monday. On Sunday I got a call from funeral director that someone on another street had them delivered to their house. When I called the florist Monday all I was given were multiple excuses about why there was nothing they could do despite their guarantee except to cancel the order through FTD. They did say they are going to talk to the delivery driver. Bottom line is the flowers weren't at the funeral and all I got were excuses and no apology. read more

I ordered two funeral arrangements from Ruths Roses which apparently is a nationwide florist. The arrangements were then provided to the funeral home by Creative Florist. One of the arrangements was broken in half and the funeral home could not accept it and had to call the delivery guy back to pick it up off the front steps of the funeral home since that is where they left it. The second arrangement was HALF the size they said it would be when I ordered it and was embarrassing to say the least. I spent $570 on the order and I am requesting a refund. This florist should be ashamed of themselves. Apparently they assumed I would not see that all this happened. Infuriating. They are the worst florist I've ever come across. read more

They told me the flowers would be delivered on Valentines day...I called to find out what happened with the delivery and was told no one was home and they tried calling the phone # I provided and left a voice message....pure nonsense....no one called and definitely didn't have any voice messages...what did they expect that my wife would sit home all day especially when she didn't even know the flower delivery was coming? Needed sympathy flowers delivered, they had fast service same day and the price was fair for what was received. I asked them to confirm delivery and send a picture over and didn't hear back, but luckily the receiver confirmed and send over an image. Little over $70 for minimum + delivery, would def use again. read more

We ordered an arrangement for a funeral. Specifically requested no roses to replace with carnations. When we arrived before the funeral the arrangement had roses only and a couple of the flowers were wilted. The wilted flowers were stuck completely through the foam where they could not get any moisture. We returned to the store to complain and were refunded 1/2 of the purchase price back. read more

Bought two dozen roses for my wife on Valentine's Day, couple days later the table is now covered with what looks like dark dirt falling off the roses and greens. Never seen anything like this happen on a 50.00 dollar dozen of roses but 150.00 spent and now the flowers are gone. read more

I wish there was a no star option. I ordered the PREMIUM flower arrangement from Teleflora which came to almost $100. My mother received a semi-wilted tiny arrangement. Teleflora wanted to give me a 50% refund- but I wanted the arrangement replaced instead. They said to call Creative Florist - who told me that they were only paid $60 from Teleflora so despite what I paid for and ordered- they would not give me that deluxe arrangement but they would replace the wilted flowers. I called Teleflora back and they contacted the florist and when the florist heard that Teleflora had offered me a partial refund they said they would no longer even replace the old flowers they had delivered!! I asked Teleflora to never use them again as they are obviously incapable, horrible florists. And now I am without the money I paid and without flowers to boot. Absolutely disgusted with this business. (Teleflora needs to share some blame here too- but that will be a different review.) I called Creative Florist from California to have birthday flowers delivered in Baldwinsville the following day (and not to mention the day before Valentine's Day, which is probably a florist's busiest day of the year!). They were friendly and professional. I explained that I wanted a "quality over quantity" bouquet, and I was SO pleased to see what we delivered. Fresh, beautiful and classy. Just recommended Creative Florist to my friend for her daughter's wedding. I found out about them at a Bridal show and liked everything they were displaying, we used them for the daughter's wedding. The service, design and price were all outstanding. So easy and pleasant to work with and everything was beautiful - and I'm really fussy. I had a dish garden delivered to a special person on the loss of her son. Sadly I did not get what I asked for. The picture of the garden I bought had a peace lily in it. I requested other things to be added to it and to have TWO peace lily's in it. I paid $85.00 to get what I wanted in the garden and ended up with NO peace lily's at all. I have done business with them for years and also did my daughters wedding flowers and was always more then happy with their work. I have sent them two emails and they don't even respond. To say that I'm disappointed in them is an under statement. I have had exceptional service both times I've gotten flower arrangements from Creative Florists. The first was for a memorial service and the arrangements were fresh and beautiful! Similar to other reviews, I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday which were not delivered as of 5:30 pm. I called Creative Florists, who indicated they would be delivered by the end of the evening. My mother had birthday plans during the evening, which upon explaining that to the incredibly rude woman who fielded my call, meant that instead of flowers being delivered, the deliverer left a note on the door that they will attempt to deliver the same flowers the following day. I asked for fresh flowers, as a result, to which the woman responded with condescendence. Needless to say, IF the flowers are delivered the day after my mother's birthday, they will not be fresh. I will never use Creative Florists again and implore anyone reading to do the same. You will be happy you chose a different florists. read more

I ordered flowers through their website from Seattle, WA to be delivered to my mother, who lives in Liverpool. The website was very intuitive, and the selection was good and pricing fairly reasonable for flower deliveries (actually, cheaper than some other places I saw). I ordered around 7PM EST yesterday and they were delivered before 12 noon EST today. The bouquet looked just like the picture, and the fellow who dropped them off followed the requests on the order to a T. My mom was so thrilled with the experience, as was I. Worst flowers I ever received. My mom sent me flowers from there -spent $60.00 had arrangement that was one sided and couldn't be placed on table unless against a wall. Colors were pink and yellow with red vase- nothing like what my mom ordered or requested. She was so disappointed when she saw them. This time around the price double which can be understandable due to weather and time of year. The delivery from the clerk was not professional at all. The first thing I receive from the clerk was laughing at me and stated "don't you love the holidays". If you went to a local establishment and ask why a price is higher (double) and they laugh at you what would you do or feel? After was the explanation of why they were at that moment they could have said anything would not change a thing. Yet the next thing was the color was wrong and the clerk tried to explain it is a shade. If I wanted a shade of the color I would have specified that but the unwillingness of the clerk to make it right was terrible. Received the feeling of take it or leave it type of mentally. As I left I did see the appropriate color I wanted, so that color was available. Trying to keep business locally is getting harder due to customer experience. This was a 0% for customer guarantee. Creative Florists recently delivered a plant which almost immediately showed signs of dying. When called, they immediately replaced the plant with a larger one which continues to bloom. Great response to a customer issue! I'd use them again in a heartbeat. read more
