As a a parent, I want what's best for my child, I had some concerns with that vaccine and as I raised questions about it he stated if we do not vaccinate our child he will refuse care for my son. I told him I'm not too comfortable just yet putting that into my child, he's barely two years old, what is the rush to push these shots on him and he can't even speak for himself therefore I am his advocate. Dr. Warren dropped us as patients, which is upsetting because we asked him if we can please have a referral to a speech evaluation for him since he's not speaking a whole lot, and he denied our request. It's upsetting because I had concerns on one vaccine , Dr. Warren will not help us at least with a referral for his developmental needs and concerns. I'm not against vaccines what so ever, I just didn't feel the urgency to vaccinate him so young with such strong dosage, and it's my right as a parent to make this decision with my child and they refused us care because of my opinion for my child. It's very upsetting. He stated them as the board of doctors they will drop you as a patient if you refuse to vaccinate the MMR, chicken pox, or some other one. Which my sons has all of them besides the MMR. Ridiculous.

They are very pleasant and they manage scheduling really well. Shout out to Anisha who always takes good care of us. The medical assistants are as professional and friendly and the physician's assistants are as helpful. They covered it all. Why wouldn't they if they are following Dr. Mohideen's lead. Dr. Mohideen is very thorough with her exams. She engages with fun conversations while diagnosing my almost 12 year old. We've been seeing her for 10 years and there's never a day that we feel like we were unattended. We truly feel part of their family. Thank you as always. The onboarding was convoluted and very disorganized. It was cumbersome as a new dad trying to do this all myself bc my wife was at home on bed rest. 2. The Dr. didn't listen to me on why we were there. Instead, he tried showing me a video of Jennifer Lopez talking about vaccines. Yes, he was pushing the importance of vaccines on me even though my son was 3 days old. I'm not anti-vax, just there to get his heart murmur checked. 3. The answers the Dr. did give were not to me, but to his assistant. I literally had to stop him and ask him to direct what he was saying to me. 4. Ultimately, the Dr.'s methods were "interesting" and not a fit for us. We found a pediatrician out in Temecula that we're willing to drive an hour for. Worth it!! The two stars are for the office staff that was trying and bc it's in a medical plaza...I think. I trust in his care, he and Michelle are personable and take their time when we are in office; they truly care for their patients. Angela has been there as long as i can remember and is great with coordinating care. I can be stressed out calling about my son being sick and she will get me an appointment asap and/or consult with the dr.
