We had a house fire a year ago. We've been fighting for a year with our insurance company to get our AC and Water Heater replaced. Finally, we just decided to do it out of our own pockets... no sense waiting any longer! We were so scared to begin this process because we weren't very knowledgeable and didn't want to be taken advantage of. I am SO glad we chose to call ACE!! From the moment we contacted ACE Solves It All, we've been blown away! Scheduling an estimate for both our AC system and a new water heater was simple and very pleasant! The professionals sent to our home (Manny for plumbing and JD for AC) listened to our needs, concerns, and desires & gave us ALL the options available to us! No one was pushy OR "salesy"! We had 7 other companies come out and give estimates. Not a single one was as thorough, knowledgeable, or listened as well as ACE! ACE was not the highest price bid nor the lowest... but it was easy to choose them for both our AC & Water Heater needs because they took the time to listen and educate us! After we chose to hire ACE, I was so pleased to get Ask The Seal emails with the faces of our installers and the dates of their background checks as well as some personal info about each... it made me feel reassured and safe! We also received confirmation phone calls the day before as a reminder of when our installers would be at the house. The men who came to install the water heater (Mark and another gentleman who's name escapes me at the moment) were wonderful! They answered my questions and showed me how our new hybrid water heater worked. They were pleasant and kind! I was also impressed with how clean they left the job area! They even swept!! Our AC install is still in process (it's a 4 day job because it's unit, Air handler, ducts, thermostat, etc, etc) - basically building/installing an entire new system from ground up. Sean has been prompt every morning and has kept me smiling (despite the almost 100 degrees it is in the house). He has a fantastic work ethic and his attention to detail while installing this system has been amazing! He has left every day soaked from head to toe in sweat but with a positive attitude and a smile! ACE had to send an electrician out to run new wires (since some were damaged from our house fire) and to install an outlet for our condensate pump. He was also professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! As a wife having to handle all this while my husband is working, I can definitely say that I would hire ACE Solves It All again and I will ALWAYS recommend them! They have never once made me feel uneasy or made me feel like I was asking a stupid question. They have never once made me feel inferior or taken advantage of (as some other companies have)! Read my reason for this rating, very important!! I called them for Electrical work, plumbing and AC installation because I saw their good rating. They came all on time and very courteous. They were supposed to give me their estimate right there but they asked me to give them a day to send me their estimate. Two days past and I didn't hear from them. I called them and asked what happened, the answering lady told me that someone will contact me soon but no one did so far!! I realized that their good rating is because right after they leave, they send you the review and you'll give them a 5 stars because they were on time and courteous, then after that you have to run after them which I will not because I have few more estimates from other companies already. This past weekend, my water heater died, and Michael Cash showed up on a Sunday to make it all right. In a few hours, I had a new heater installed, thanks to his solid knowledge and experience. This is my third experience with ACE in the last three years, and each time has been a great customer service experience. The first time was to replace the upstairs AC unit. Fair price and excellent service - made sure we understood what was needed and then did exactly what they said they would do! Summertime power bill was cut by $60 a month after that. Second time was when they came out to perform routine maintenance on that same unit (get the Family Value Plan, its worth it). This last time today was when they came out to service the downstairs unit. On time, fast, professional, knowledgeable, and honest technician made for a grata experience. I had an emergency situation (Large tree fell onto our power lines and not only did we lose power, but the entire meter box and down pole was pulled from our house) on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend...5/23/2020. Matt Dallas - the ACE technician, was called to duty. Matt was phenomenal!! Not only did he do an amazing repair job, but he stayed with the Duke technician (AND called Duke) while the Duke tech reattached the cable to our home. We turned on our heater the other day, and all it would do is blow cold air. I called ACE, and their overnight answering service reach out to the manager on duty, Marlena. She understood that we have a newborn and made sure we had some come to our house as soon as possible. Even though I made the call at 10 at night, we had our repairman here within the hour. Our tech, Emerio, was super helpful. He explained the issue with our heater very clearly. He was friendly and professional. He made recommendations based on a solution instead of a product and worked with us to find a viable solution that was within our budget. The workmanship is first rate, and the crew who showed up to resolve our problem was professional and efficient. I had a knowledgeable friend check things out and he was impressed. We called ACE to remediate an urgent issue with our gas stove in our Orlando-area condo caused by shoddy workmanship by another company. ACE was prompt and professional. They were able to fit us in the same day. We received phone and text updates at to the technician's ETA, and he arrived right on time. I had Ace out to a condo that I manage this morning. Donnie was great. He listened to what was happening, showed me what the possible causes were, did some investigation and explained very clearly what his findings were and how he could fix/correct the problem. I just had a complete new AC system installed by ACE Solves It All. It was a complicated installation because my compressor had to be placed on a roof three stories up and the air handler in an attic through a small crawl space. I had an emergency at 5pm on a Saturday when my toilet stopped working and I only have 1 bathroom. ACE initially told me they could not get someone out until the next day but then called back to say someone was available and could come within the hour.
