I got Dan who is the best electrician and honest guy I ever worked with after 25 years in construction ive met all types. but Dan is spot on clean honest efficient service. also Mike M? did my Hvac service which was quite expensive but he pulled the coils after servicing the outdoor unit because the coils were very dirty from pet hair and whatever else clogged them up. he was on time friendly and personable did a superb job on getting my smaller Hvac second system in top shape. id call these guys first and know they are the right people for the job! If you're considering this company, PLEASE read this first: Trusting them cost me over $10,000. ACE Solves It All came to diagnose my A/C, spent five minutes on it, and claimed the compressor, condenser, and coils had all failed. Then they vented the refrigerant into the atmosphere (see video) and quoted me $16,000-$24,000 for a replacement system. The next day, a reputable company found the real issue was actually minor, and none of those components were bad. However, because ACE had already vented the refrigerant, and my system used an older type, I ended up having to replace it anyway. The more reputable company replaced the entire system--unit, air handler, everything--for just over $10,000--about *HALF* of ACE's quote. Bottom line: ACE Solves It All turned a simple fix into a full replacement and quoted double the price. Their efforts to make a sale cost me more than $10,000. Requested service for a toilet that was clogged. Had technicians come out and take a look at the project for $49 as a diagnostic fee. Not a bad fee for just an estimate however, when they provided estimate, it was nearly $400 to auger a toilet.... Yes, just to auger. I told the tech I attempted that and that I was concerned that could push whatever was blocking into my pipes, she insisted she had success in the past. I asked for cost to remove toilet, remove blockage, and then reset toilet and to no surprise, it was going to cost nearly $500. Wayyyy overpriced. Thank God I trusted my gut and had a competitor come out. They did all the work for under $200. Had the Ace tech attempted auger it forcibly, they could have pushed the toys into my pipes which would have caused further damage. read more

Hvac. Start with saying bought supposedly the best AC System sold last year in November 2025. The technicians r friendly but constantly try u to sell u more products every time they come out for our new $20,299 AC unit that keeps breaking from the very day they installed. 1st shorted had to rewire. The heat hasn't been working called them. The 2 coldest days we had, we had no heat. They came out here at 7pm note we have their priorities maintenance agreement he rushed through found out they never even installed the auxiliary heat. Broke again 1min after he left. Before the heat broke they literally have been here over 10x for maintenance and repairing broken parts. The 2nd appointment to fix the heat they noshowed again spent over $20,299 and its still not working properly the thermostat overrides our settings and gets confused between heat and cold. Today Sunday we had an appointment for 8am thru 11am and they haven't called or shown up I have called several times for a supervisor or higher to call me regarding someone coming out here to recheck their total install and they Never return my phone calls The sterile element for the system we bought broke also they did replace that but how many things are supposed to break in less than 4 months on a brand new supposedly top of the system?? When the technicians come most don't even know anything about the thermostat and its their responsibility to program the install settings which since it doesn't work properly that was also installed wrong. Also upon install they never had the correct amp main breaker they installed and ran it for 3wks before they got one in and replaced it with the correct one. When OUC arrives to your house, uncalled, to investigate unusual water usage, you know there is an issue! A water line leak was detected after 40K gallons of water was "consumed" in less than 24 hours. OUC offered two vendor solutions to call to further investigate and repair. The first vendor we called was not able to come out for 3 days. When calling Ace, they said someone could come by that afternoon. In fact, the technician - Amlicar - was at our house within the hour! He was friendly, efficient, was able to identify the issue quickly (broken line due to tree roots putting pressure on pipe) and repaired the water line (providing a create solution, adjusting the line to relieve line tension.) We were back up and running within hours of our initial call. Great job! read more

Rey Santamaria showed up and was giving us a quote for a Hybrid Water Heater install. I had already gotten several quotes both in person and over the phone. The average price is 1200 and some (especially the one Rheem recommended 2nd on their list) 800-850-1200. What makes me write this review, is I NEVER confirmed the appointment on my text via Cell phone. Naturally you would think they got the hint and not show up. Nope they showed up. To make matters worse is they tried to charge a trip fee of $69. I don't do trip fees. Especially on something that is installed everyday and with an existing unit already in place just slightly smaller. I already bought the system, the pan, and the expansion tank. On Monday, we were left waiting for the entirety of the day from 11 AM to 2 PM without any form of communication regarding our appointment. Upon reaching out to the company, we were informed that they do not provide specific appointment times and that customers are expected to wait without prior notice. Subsequently, they rescheduled our appointment for Monday afternoon, between 4 PM and 5 PM. However, they failed to honor this commitment, as no representatives arrived during the appointed time. They further assured us that they would be present today at 9 AM, yet once again, they did not fulfill this promise. When we called to notify them of their absence, their response was marked by indifference and a lack of accountability. Through our interactions, it became evident that the company had no intention of completing the agreed-upon services. We've used Ace in the past for our home, so when we lost power to a portion of our house, I didn't hesitate to make an appointment for the next day. We were told they would arrive in the morning and were called around 11:15 notifying they would arrive in about an hour. The tech arrived and from the start was pointing out items that were issues/reason for our problems. The problem with that is that he was wrong. First it was our electric car charger and how it could damage not only one house but the battery. Nope. Has it over 5 years and no issues. Not related to the problem at hand. Then it was because we didn't have a bubble cover on an outside outlet. "It must have rained recently". Uh, no, it hasn't. "Oh, well it's the humidity". Yeah, okay. He wanted to charge over $100 for the bubble cover installation. We said no thank you- I'd do it myself for $10. He finally "found" an outlet that needed to be replaced. He said there were others but strangely enough that was the only one done. We paid way too much for this - 365 for the diagnostic and another 361 for the outlet replacement. Never again. For starters I'm strictly talking about my A/C hvac system, nothing else. I had a different company come out and for $85 they were everyone's worst idea of a scam hvac company. I found Ace accidentally and was in emergency situation. One negative was when I called they said they would have somebody out later that day that they were extremely busy with a slew of calls because of the extreme heat after calls later in the evening they offered for the person to come out at 11 PM at night I said that's OK. We rescheduled for the next day in the morning. They came by afternoon, I'm just giving full disclosure I could say negative things about how delayed their arrival was on the same token. I'm a realist and I know that when you arrive on the job, sometimes things are much worse than what you anticipated so you can never promise or keep a real tight schedule if you feel free to throw the first stone, Mark, you want to remember that name because this is who specifically I am giving this reference to. Showed up like a win maybe one too many monster caffeine power drinks lol but he was very polite and he got down to business ASAP. I could tell immediately he was a pro. I found out he had 24 years in the business, I was very satisfied with the in-depth analysis he did and testing. To be short, I found the problem in about 20 minutes and had it fixed in about 40 minutes.. the last company that came which I will say was Frank Gay HVAC told me my initial fee was going to be $85 for diagnosis and would be $1000-$3000 and that could just be initial testing. It could be much more. When Mark from Ace, they had an initial $65 diagnosis fee, which is removed if you go ahead with the work which I did my total cost when he was done was a few hundred bucks.. my advice is to ask for Mark specifically I have added some pictures so you can identify him. I cannot say enough good things about Mark other than I strongly urge that you give him a shot in general. I do not trust HVAC people at all, but this was a very good experience for me, I hope it will be for you. See the pictures. read more

We have been a customer of Ace for years and spent thousands of dollars on two brand new air-conditioning units for our house. One of our units has a control board that no longer works and for over a month we have had no air-conditioning. That part has been on backorder, and I am being told that there is no other alternative that we will have to wait with no air-conditioning until that part is in and they have no idea when that part is coming in. I asked him for a back up plan or an alternative solution or for a manager to call me and nobody has had the decency to do that besides Ashley, who's been great, but unfortunately cannot tell me any other information. I have an 86-year-old elderly father who lives with me who literally has no air-conditioning and may continue to have no air conditioning for the next six months or however, long, it will take for this part to get in that nobody seems to know. Had a dripping shower head but this company was not knowledgeable about the brand Sigma to repair it. The service man contacted his boss and they advised a very expensive repair solution of $2,000.00. I contacted the manufacturer after and found out the cartridge that needed to be replaced for the drip cost $49.00 and would take a plumber 1/2 hour to replace it. I was charged $69.00 for the visit, but after calling in to request a refund I received the charge credited back to my account a few days later. To echo the 80+ scathing one-star reviews, AVOID THESE SCHEISTERS AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!! If I could give these CROOKS zero stars I would. These clowns are a classic case of PRICE GOUGING in the WORST sense of the term! I'm a "snowbird" & only live in Florida from October to April. I own a small condo in St. Cloud. Upon returning I noticed that the kitchen ceiling light & the bathroom exhaust fan weren't working. Each is controlled separately by their own simple toggle switch. Since the odds of TWO switches at the same time being faulty are astronomical, I assumed (You know what they say about "assume"!) that their must be a more serious issue, possibly attributed to the hurricane that went through this area a few weeks prior. My elderly neighbor, who had lived here since 1994, had provided Me with a list several years ago of honest, reliable local contractors that She recommended, based on Her experiences. This list included carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc. She had a telephone number for an electrician, so based on Her recommendation, I called it. I "assumed" that I was reaching the electrician that She had recommended (there's that "assume" again!) so I never thought of checking their reviews before setting up a service call with them. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! Little did I expect, or realize, that the electrician She had recommended had been bought out at some point by "Ace Solves It All"! The so-called "technician" showed up around 8:15 A.M. on October 31st. Right from the "get-go" I was misled to believe that indeed there must be a serious issue & that it would cost Me $414.91 for Him to run "diagnostics"! Whew! Not being an electrician, I naively trusted His judgement & "bit"...hook, line & sinker. The $414.91 "diagnostics" essentially consisted of Him checking for power at the circuit breaker panel, which took about 5 minutes. He then proceeded to put on quite the "show", checking for power at the light fixture & ceiling fan, & then taking His sweet time going throughout the residence checking for power at electrical outlets, even after I had already told Him that everything else in the house was working fine. This took another 10-15 minutes. Total time for the so-called "diagnostics"? 20 minutes! He then finally tested for power at each of the switches, which in My opinion should have been done right at the outset, & informed Me that both switches were faulty. I asked Him if He was certain about this, as it's a simple job to replace the switches & could easily do this Myself. Each switch can be obtained at Home Depot for about 92 cents, & it would have taken Me about 10 minutes to replace both switches. He again misled (LIED) to Me, stating that "He wouldn't know until AFTER He had replaced both switches"! Cost to replace 2 simple toggle switches? A staggering $147.03!!! It took Him no more than 10 minutes to replace both switches. Lo & Behold, they were the problem after all this ! What a "revelation"! Total cost for "diagnostics" & "labor", total time spent, 20 minutes? $561.94!! Now realizing that I'd been ripped off bigtime I called a local REPUTABLE electrician who has been in business for 20+ years, for a quote. Results? For the same job, NO MORE THAN $150. The moment I mentioned the name "Ace Solves It All" the gentleman I spoke with told Me that they've had numerous encounters with Ace & have heard many nightmarish stories about customers being grossly overcharged & ripped off by Ace Solves It All. I then proceeded to call Ace Solves It all, looking to speak with a "manager" or "supervisor". As stated in many of the one-star reviews, I received excuses like "He's not in right now", or "he's in a meeting right now", etc., etc. I've called these crooks almost every day for TWO WEEKS & have been promised each time that a manager or supervisor would return My call. Of course, NO ONE has called Me back. I'm now going to file a formal complaint with the BBB & the Florida Attorney General's Office on Consumer Affairs. I'm also seriously considering filing a lawsuit in Small Claims Court. I strongly urge anyone else who have been ripped off by these crooks to do the same. A week and a half ago, called for a plumber situation. They said one would be available in the afternoon and 5 hours later I get a phone call saying it's taking the tech longer than expected on the job and would call once they were done. They never called., so a wasted day. The next morning I got a call saying they'd be there within an hour and they were. The person said they had tried to call the night before but no answer (this was false and later confirmed by their management ). For a 30-minute job they charged $800+ for a $70 part and almost $800 for labor. The tech did to a good job in the fix so I'll give him that. The tech said that if I had done the job in March, it would've been $300 cheaper. I never received an invoice, so I had to call for one. When received, all it said was what the job was and the total amount of money charged (not itemized). A day went by and I called there number to speak with a manager. I had to give them my number for a call back. A week went by and nothing heard. I called back and had to give them my number again for another call back. About 30-1 hr later I get the call. The person proceeded to tell me that they don't do itemized so good luck understanding what they're charging you for, he said with all the tariffs going on, prices are going up (the "tariffs" he's referring to aren't in place yet and the regular tariffs are so nothing should be causing the prices to insanely spike, but ok). They did refund me $100 for the false phone call. Overall it was disappointing between the terrible customer service, the price gouging and amount of my time wasted. If this is the sort of thing you're looking for then I recommend them, otherwise, check elsewhere first. read more

I purchased a bidet seat to add to the master en suite. Unfortunately though the house is only 5 years old, the builder used cheap parts and the valve on the commode was seized. I immediately googled how to loosen it and followed the steps shown of using a wrench (unsuccessful), using a hot moist towel (unsuccessful), and trying WD40 (unsuccessful). While I was unable to loosen the valve, I was able to make the line flex. Deciding that discretion was the better form of valor, I called a plumber. They came out and put a new valve on the master suite commode. The plumber went over and above to make sure the bidet worked properly, even sitting on the seat and taking a splash for the team once he determined that the sensors only worked if someone was enthroned. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Matt our technician was very friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about everything, and I really appreciated the fact that he did not try to pressure to buy extra things that you don't want at the moment. The work was done quickly and clean. The only negative I can give is that we scheduled the work online, for a certain window of time, but when they called to confirm the details we were informed that there was no time frame other than between 8am-5pm, so we had to wait all day long instead of the two hour window we wanted. But Matt's candor and the end product more than made up for that fact. If we have any more electrical work needed, we will be calling them again. read more

When they told me a part to start with on my ac was $685, I asked why so expensive? The answer I got was "well it's coming from the factory (Trane)" . Then they said my compressor could be bad and so on. Sent them on their way. Come to find out, my ac has a 10 year warranty from Trane and the parts that they said I needed to pay for right then and there were actually free. They sent a tech to my house took care of everything. Tech fee $325, nothing wrong with my compressor, thermostat or motherboard. Received a text the tech was on gthe way but he didn't arrive for another hour and a half. Tried to upsell us a new toilet and when we refused he lost interest, quickly snaked the toilet and left. That night the toilet was overflowing again! Contacted Ace so they could finish the job they were paid to do and were tokld the tech would be out later. Finally received a text just before 2pm saying tech was on the way but he never showed up!!!!!!!! Ace leaves a message 4 1/2 hours later saying oh, we decided not to send that tech but we want to send the original tech, call us tomorrow to set up an appointment. If the guy couldn't do it right the first time why would I want him to come back??????? Thanks but I'll call a real plumber. Two plumbing technicians came to rough in set our new tub. 2 bags of drypack, level and set. They also tweaked the new valve to make sure it was installed properly. They knew that we needed to have this done so that our bathroom remodel could proceed and they "raped" us on price. I was out of town. Inspector was coming the next day. Felt taken advantage of Felt beaten Felt like we had no other choice to move the project forward. Immediately asked if I was interested in the family protection plan. I said why would I be when you guys can't even do what you promise. But that they had made it right and I may look at it in the future when I redo my bathrooms...... WRONG!!!! Long story short, I still don't know where my clean out is because the other guy has the tool he needed. Then guy tried to sell me more of their products. After explaining to the tech that I really just needed to find the sewer clean out and didn't need to do a whole hose but if he did find something then it was a good catch. He said np... Here is where the bad reviews starts. After not being able to visually find the clean out. He made a call to the sewer side of the company. He said give me a few min and returned to the can... after about 20min he came back and said that there is some services package I could buy.. to find the drain was going to be $870..... Worst supplier I've had in the 16 years I've lived in central FL. Paid $7,000 for a new AC unit. Repiping 1691 sq feet one story house quote me over $10000 for repipe and fix the dry wall but no paint.,it was way too pricey so they said without the dry wall will be $6400 ,maybe they will do better job so I still use this company ,they did finish the job in 5 hours as promised, few problems need to come back and fixed it .I hired another dry wall company to fix the dry wall and they told me they can't fix the bath tub because they are not supposed to cut open the tub like that ,also the wall next to tub was damaged. read more

BEWARE!!! I used Ace before and they were good.. However, Ace Solves it All will now randomly throw in a $239 "emergency service" fee even though their website specifically says no fee between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. The lady on the phone even said it's normally not like this, but just for today because they are "busy". Seems so convenient and sketchy to throw in a fee like that when you know someone needs service but not have anything mentioned on the website about such a fee. There should be some type of disclaimer under that "No Fee" statement. I think I'll go with Frank Gay. They are able to get to me today within a couple hours in fact, with no crazy high "emergency" fee... Good job Ace, you just lost a customer! read more
