I decided to stop in to look around at the selection the other day. My takeaway was this...vacuums basically start at $130 and go up to $1,300+. There is no getting around it unless I go to Goodwill or ReStore and see about getting a used one, which might not be a bad idea. They did have a pretty wide selection and the gentleman who assisted me was very nice.

The employees were busy but were able to deftly serve us all. I told them what I was looking for, and they didn't try to upsell me. Then they offered to put it together for me and discard the packaging so I wouldn't have to deal with that process--no extra charge. A quick price comparison online shows I got a fair price, and the best part was I knew when I walked out that the vacuum would work for me. I also know where to go if I need it serviced! Two thumbs up!

They were totally upfront about the lead-time and actually beat the original projected finish date by a week. Wow! the chairs and ottoman look incredible! ultimately they're not cheap, but the reupholstery ultimately cost less than it would have to start over with new chairs. After leaving Stark's Vacuums being told my vacuum which i originally purchased from them 9 years ago was for the landfill, with no referrals to any other repair shops, but an offer to dispose my machine for me 'free of charge,' my persistence in locating another shop that could replace the plug (due to a loose prong) led me to S & L Four Seasons Vaccuum Center! Not only did he replace the plug within the few minutes I was standing there, he offered to clean my machine/intake accessories and check the filter/motor (which I was told was 'on its way out'). I returned the next day to learn not only was my motor in great condition but i did not need a new filter for some time. He even went as far as to say that when a new filter was needed I would be best served to purchase one online because I could get it cheaper than he would if ordered through his channel. My day felt better than I expected having discovered Steven and his gem of a business! I went in with a need and was left in much better shape than I anticipated...in my pocket book, in my knowledge and self-help confidence surrounding my machine, and with a new wonderful connection made! Steven is a wonderful human being and a pleasure to transact with. I would highly recommend his work and business to everyone, especially if you seek a cool person that values skilled craftsmanship and maximizing our precious resources to save our landfills!

Paid $2,000 and was told it would be warrantied by the business if when hooked up there was any issues. As soon as the product was connected to gas, a strong leak was detected from the back of the gas stove connection on the unit itself. I immediately called B & R and they took zero accountability or responsibility for the issue. They stated I must then go through the manufacture's warranty to have the issue addressed. Basically they just took my money, sold me a faulty product, and then pushed it back on me to fix with the warranty company directly - which I did not have time or energy for. It took several calls to the warranty company, appointments, the rescheduling of appointments because their tech team couldn't make it out, ordering or parts with follow-up appointments to finally fix the issue. It was over the course of 2 months that I finally was able to have a working gas stove - what I had originally paid for and was promised from the beginning. B & R basically wiped their hands clean from the moment the product left their store. Would never trust them or buy from them again.
