We read a lot of reviews about this shop and a lot of others. It made it hard to make a decision…read more because there were tons of negative reviews about everyone. Everyone was posturing to save a buck and when they didn't get what they wanted they seemed to bad rap the shops. So the positive reviews took me to Champs. I took my toad car, 2014 Nissan Versa in for oil and whatever else it needed. I dropped it off at 8:00 got a report back about 10:20. Pictures and a report was provided with info I could use to make a good decision about additional work needed. They quoted the cost, did the work had the car ready before they closed. They did exactly what they said they would do for the exact amount of cost they quoted and returned the car when they said they would. Priceless. I'll be back with my other 4 vehicles!

I wish I could give zero stars and I wish I had read all of these horribly negative reviews here…read moreBEFORE I took my car there. I asked my neighbors in my community through Facebook, who they would recommend. One person recommended Champs. BIG, BIG MISTAKE. Though I appreciated what was meant to be helpful advice from my neighbors, I ended up in a very bad situation of being horribly ripped off by Champs. I am now in the process of a small claims lawsuit against them. There are far too many corrupt and unethical mechanics out there but he takes the cake. I was trying my best to avoid this but it happened anyway. I dropped the ball by not bothering to read all of their horrifically negative reviews on Yelp. I was quoted $500 for the work and authorized it. When it was completed the price doubled. Nothing changed or was added to the scope of work. They refused to explain this. In addition they broke the interior console and left lots of grease on my seats and dash, which I had to clean with degreaser. When I asked that they replace the broken console, the owner laughed and said "Your car is old and things break and I'm not paying for it." Btw, My car was in pristine shape. I have no kids, no pets, I don't smoke and don't even eat in my car. In fact, I'm meticulous about keeping my car looking new. I asked him to cover the cost of replacing the console by at least taking $50 off the work. He said, " I don't give away free money." I replied, "You broke my car. " He said, "Too bad, I'm not paying for it." This man was one of the most unprofessional, rude and volatile people I've ever encountered. In fact, he made me feel like he would physically assault me even though I was treating him with respect and patience. My experience at Champs was worse than I could have ever feared. As I said, if I had only read the horrifying reviews, this wouldn't have happened to me. I wish I had chosen one of the other suggestions. I hope this helps someone else not make this same mistake. My advice: appreciate the intended help but please read the Yelp reviews beforehand. Hopefully this man will have to pay for damaging my car in a court of law. I'm 64, have cancer and don't deserve this but I now have to fight for justice. Don't end up in my shoes. Update: First and foremost, EVERYTHING he said in response is a lie. EVERY single thing. He's trying to deceive readers to save himself potential business. I find it interesting that he reveals his first name because he told me his name is Champ. Secondly, him addressing me as "Dear Sherri" is laughable. He was as rude and nasty as one can get to my face. Again, he's trying to create a false impression. Lie after lie after lie will not work with most consumers. People see through unscrupulous people like him. I wouldn't put out this much effort if he were innocent of any of what I contend. One particularly egregious lie he told is he claims my car is 23 years old. He does this to create the impression that my car is old and beat up. The truth is my car is a 2012. In actuality it's only 13 years old and WAS in pristine condition before I unfortunately chose to take it to Champs. I'm sure he will try to edit his lie but that's what screenshots are for. The bottom line here is that unethical, dishonest people like him will easily lie to cover their behaviors. Most consumers understand this reality and will heed my warnings. I don't want others to find themselves in my position.

I have purchased 5 RV Trailers over the years. I went with my son and daughter in law to purchase…read moretheir first trailer to start traveling with their son and make memories of a lifetime. They did their research and found a trailer that they could afford and meet their needs. They were so excited and ready to experience their first RV. The trailer is perfect for their family. The Dealer and Staff were the worst bunch of used car salesmen except one salesman, the sales manager and finance manager were the worst I have ever dealt with. The Dealer treated them fantastic while they were looking at units, but that all changed when they said they wanted to think about it over night and come back. It then turned to we are done with you get out, the salesman walked away without saying a word. Basically get the Hell out of here. The kids went back the next day to check RV out again and decide what they wanted to do. The new salesman was polite and was nice to them. That went well and they pick the trailer of their dreams, then they had to speak with finance people. The kids already had been pre qualified and approved by his Credit Union. The Dealer Finance Dept people were insisting they use Camping Worlds financing and blew smoke and lies that they needed to use there financing because of protocols and when they told them they wanted to use his Credit Union they became complete assholes. After saying they were not going to use Camping Worlds financing they basically didn't want to be helpful in their first RV purchase. The Sales Manager and Finance guy when they went to sign sales paperwork just handed them a pile of papers and said sign were x and highlighted areas are, no sit down and explain or try to help just sign and get out basically. They really wanted the RV they picked and the price was a good deal on a new RV, but the experience was a complete disappointment and will stay with them forever. This Dealer needs to get their stuff together and treat a customer with polite courtesy. As a family we will never deal with Camping Worlds in the future! I'd advice anyone to stay away and find a different Dealer to spend your money with. I've dealt with Camping Worlds before and they were very good then but nothing as bad as this. What a disgrace this dealership has become.
