I had a great experience with this dealership's service team. My car wouldn't start, and after…read moretrying to jump it and charge the battery with no luck, I decided to call the dealership where I purchased it. I spoke with Kevin, the service manager, who was incredibly helpful from the start. He let me know my car was still under warranty and even offered to send a tow truck to pick it up. The tow truck driver was able to get my car started, so I drove it down to the dealership. When I arrived, Kevin assured me they could look at it right away. While I waited in the lobby, I enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee, which was a nice touch. The wait wasn't long at all--about 40 minutes. I received a text letting me know my car was ready, and Kevin personally brought it out and thanked me for my business. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Excellent customer service all around--I really appreciate how easy they made a stressful situation.

My Phillip Stein watch was running slow so I took it in for a new battery. Keep in mind that my watch was running but just slow. He advised I take it to a watch repair. I did and explained what happened. She said that the clerk at the battery store may have touched a wire that he shouldn't have. She tried to fix the watch but couldn't and would have to send the watch to be repaired and it was going to cost $350.00. The clerk at the battery store broke my watch and I get to pay to undo the damage. My advice is if you have a inexpensive watch that can be easily replaced then knock your socks off. But if you have an expensive watch you should avoid this store like the plague. I am so disappointed with this store that I wish I could give it zero stars.

I stopped by the store a few days later and was told again, they were on order and coming from CA, but they should have them shortly. That was two months ago- no call, no update, no anything. We look forward to Maria's smile and always welcoming words. For us, she is the face of NIRVC. When we see her, we feel at home. She will be there cleaning the office area or maybe cleaning a coach. It is not her job to deal with customers or even know our names but she does! So, after driving out to Surprise for service, Maria is whom we most look forward to seeing. On to the more serious stuff. The general manager, Tino, has his office downstairs with a window facing the service area. Tino does a great job running a great dealership. He is always open to hear your concerns. Once your coach is inside in a service bay, you might get a chance to meet your service technician. If we have a choice, we always request Kohl. When met Kohl back in 2020 when we purchased our first motorhome from NIRVC. Kohl is the best! He treats our coach like it is his own. Anyway, we just had some recalls taken care of and some regular service stuff done and again, 5 STARS! Kohl rocks!

They have a very efficient web site system where you schedule When you want to pick up your RV and they perform a list of checks, fill your water tank and turn your refrigerator and freezer on so by the time you pick it up, everything is good to go. It will be parked in the parking lot with electricity and you can Load up and head out. It is gated and secure as well. When you get back from your trip you park it, plug it in and empty your stuff and you're good to go!
