I found Aida's on a whim and went in immediately in the morning as they open at 7 am. I noted the stains on my coat and they paid special attention to them. They have super fast service and got my coat done in 2 days for under $20! I was thrilled I could spend the rest of my work trip wearing my nice coat. The staff here is also so friendly and extremely knowledgeable and have been in the business for over 20 years! For some reason instead they decided to uncross the straps so they were even longer and the dress was falling down. The dress was ready the evening before the wedding so there was no time to go back and get it fixed, my aunt had to sew the 2 straps together to make it mimic the look of a criss cross instead. When I called back the next day to get my money back since I paid $140 for this "work," they refused to refund me. I will never use this business again, they are scammers who will ruin your clothing and steal your money. This Dry Cleaner has ruined all of my brother in law's Nike jogging suits. Cost of all three…read moreapproximately $500 dollars. Each suit has shrunk 4 sizes down, and the colors were faded making the suits appear very aged when they were in fact fairly new. When he asked for reimbursement for all three suits the owner said "I will try to stretch them back to their original size and wash them over". Cleary evident the services of dry cleaning were not rendered, just the good ol' fashioned washer and dryer. BEWAREEEEEEEEE!
