Felipe' came to our house as scheduled and went through a thorough inspection of all what we needed, I was impressed of his knowledge and the way he explained his plans to tackle the project. He gave us a fare estimate (was not the cheapest we got but it was fare based on work efforts and the execution of this project). He gave us a start date and time and he kept an excellent communication regarding the materials, supplies and labor efforts. The crew arrived on the start date as scheduled and immediately started on protecting the floors, doors, furniture, appliances, Light features ...etc. They were very organized, and they started doing their magic throughout the house. You can see their attention to details and their strive for perfection. They listened calmly to our questions and concerns and addressed all of them very professionally. They were always willing to go the extra mile and take care of business as if it's their own house. We loved their pleasant attitude and the professionalism and the efficiency they demonstrated during the entire project. They all worked hard and worked long hours to make sure the outcome is as perfect as it is possibly can. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat, and I will recommend them to all my relatives and friends. Thank you, Felipe', Elvis and Josh for a job well done!

We have two cats and a dog and there was a lot of "spot treatment" going on, that just didn't do the job. I thought there was no way the stains would come out. Our carpet looks brand new again - I can't believe it. Incredibly timely: They gave an hour window for when they would show up, and notified me an hour before they arrived of their exact time of arrival. They took less than two hours to do the whole upstairs. Thorough: They moved small pieces of furniture (nightstands, coffee tables, ottomans) to be sure they cleaned as much as possible in each room. Detail oriented: they put the chair and large mirror i had on the bed back where they went in the room. I had already picked them up before I got here, and I couldn't believe they knew where stuff went. They also put little pieces of plastic under the furniture they replaced to keep it from indenting the freshly cleaned carpet. Courteous: They were extremely professional, introduced themselves as soon as they came in. Gave us plastic covers for our shoes to wear on the carpeted areas, and had all of the ceiling fans running when they left. They thought of everything and just took care of it. I couldn't say enough nice things about these guys and there are absolutely 0 complaints. Terrific job guys, we will see you again next year!
