Richard and his team are A+++ in my opinion. The crew was onsite at 8 am and worked until 6 pm. Rotten siding (including a shutter) was replaced; gaps were sealed, storm windows removed--the attention to detail was incredible. The crew was very friendly and extremely helpful. This company is the example of what a professional job should be.

We called him (after recommendation from our friend/realtor) with a very tight timeframe and he was able to come out the very next day and started work a few days later. His pricing was competitive and he is licensed and bonded, which was important to us as we had vaulted ceilings. He also uses quality paint, not builder grade, which was included in the price. We had removed popcorn ceiling and had them paint directly on the sheetrock. Unfortunately, even after a few coats, the way the light hit in one of the rooms, you could ever so slightly the lines on the ceiling where the joint compound was. After one text to Richard, he came back the very next day and added additional coats until it was no longer visible, without hesitation or question. Great customer service and very responsive!

He takes care of EVERYTHING (pulls the permits, takes measurements, orders/provides supplies, arranges worker schedules, etc.) and takes the time to answer any questions you have for him (which in our case was a lot). Roger surpassed our expectations on communication, as he was courteous, responsive, and thorough. We also never had any trouble getting hold of him if we needed to. The crew Roger has working with him are outstanding! They were all very nice, professional, and respectful of our property. They worked quickly, carefully, and cleanly, always taking care to pick up at the end of the day. You could tell that any member of his crew was well-experienced and took pride in their work. Roger came highly recommended to us and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others. We will definitely be using his services again in the future, as we would even think to call on anyone else.

We recently hired century painting to paint the entire exterior of our house: siding, trim,…read morewindows, deck, porch. It was a huge project and the team did an amazing job. The crew worked really hard and paid attention to detail. They showed up on time everyday and worked long hours. It was clear they were true professionals and knew exactly what they were doing. Jack kept me in the loop the whole way through and went above and beyond to address any questions or concerns. We're putting new shutters on as part of this project and because of delays from the shutter manufacturer, they weren't ready by the time the painting was done. Jack offered to send the guys back out to install them once they finally do arrive. This is the type of service that sets Century painting apart from the pack. It is really nice to have found a reliable and reputable company like this and we will definitely be calling Jack and the team for future projects.

Absolute best business to deal with! We are located in California and have three homes in the North…read moreCarolina area we have used Savage painting for. One home was destroyed after a tenant moved out and of course they left some nice colorful painted walls for us to repair. Shawn took the job and came in within budget, the repairs and excellent paint work allowed us to sell the home within 1 week. The new owner commented about the quality of work on the home and how great the colors looked. Second house is my fathers, due to his age and limitations his home, specifically a large deck outside, had become covered in slick moss/algae looking "stuff." Again Savage Painting came when we called and pressure washed and re stained the deck leaving a safe environment for my father to go back outside without fear of falling. Third home in Concord. After calling for other bids (I had no idea Savage was so close to this home and I originally thought it would be out of their area) I called up Shawn and asked if he could help me on a home in Concord. Shawn immediately let me know he would help and headed over within two days to draw up the bid. I should mention this home was left to me by a man that was a second father to me and a mentor. My emotions are pretty high when dealing with this home as I didn't want to change a lot. However, 20 years of smoke damage from smoking in the home, roof leaks and staining etc. demanded that we take action. Shawn gave us a great competitive bid and his attention to detail is impeccable. I am proud to have a company I consider my go to for all painting and drywall repair needs. Thank you Shawn and Deb for all of your help, attention to detail, understanding, and ability to stay within budget!

After the technician left. I called and called and called and asked for someone to come back quickly to do the job. They offered a return visit 1-3 weeks out. That was too late- by that time the new Gutters would be attached to the house and would impossible to fix unless you remove the new gutter. I was charged with hanging a light fixture they never hung and repairing wood rot that they never repaired. I asked for a refund and I think they were refunded about $30 because they said there was a minimum trip charge of $500! no one mentioned that before, but they enforced it even though it was never disclosed, and even though they never did a repair correctly This is a horrible company run as fast as you can away I attest that these facts are true and accurate with no embellishment.

Chris from restoration brothers answered a yelp search for a painter. He came and gave a quote for…read moreour outdoor paint and siding job. The quote was so reasonable it seemed hard to believe. We had been burned by our builder so badly and left the job unfinished and owing us thousands of prepaid unfinished jobs and said we would absolutely not pay a dime until the job was finished to our satisfaction. Chris and his partner came as promised, finished the job in one day as promised and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be more pleased both with the job as well as what great guys to work with. The builder who burned us is named Jordan Pucci, owner of Carolina Custom Carpentry. We had him arrested and learned that he has done this to many people in the area. I doubt he'll be able to take advantage of anyone else after the courts get through with him but remember the name JORDAN PUCCI. Do no business with this man or you'll regret it! Thanks to Chris for renewing our faith in honest builders that still exist!
