We got quotes from a few others about 5 days before closing and wanted them to start right after since house would be empty. After initially putting in the quote request, I got a call from them and we went over the entire process for our project. They looked the house up through real estate photos and were able to give a quote for each room. Their overall quote came in below the others, and they were able to rearrange their schedule to start the day after we closed. The process for picking the areas to paint, and color/finish was easy. While most of the process was done through their online portal, I spoke and texted with them multiple times throughout the project - asking lots of questions. Their customer service was excellent. The painters took their time with our house and the results showed. We had all the walls and trim done and for a 4k sq ft house took them about little over a week, which we were totally fine with. They kept us up to date on the project every day. We visited throughout and saw how good they were at keeping the floors, cabinets, and other items covered for paint splatter. We had a final, in-person walkthrough scheduled, but we had something come up on our end, so we went around the house and took pictures of areas that needed touch ups. As expected with such a large project, there were a few areas that needed to be touched up, and they were most accommodating, sending someone out the next day to take care of all of the areas we pointed out. We are very happy with our experience with craftwork and highly recommend them.

Todd personally inspects the job to make sure you are happy, and often goes above the scope of work if he sees something that needs to be fixed. His business has completed several projects for me, both at my home and my office. Most recently, I called him on a Monday afternoon to ask about a small project at my house that I was preparing to sell. Photographers were coming the following Monday to take pictures, so it needed to be done before that. He had a crew there on Friday, four days later to complete the job. I cannot recommend him enough!

Also, we got an estimate from another business before we got one from Todd, and we ended up saving over $1000 by getting Barr's Painting to do the job. Very pleased!

They also responded to my Yelp project request very quickly. They completed the work on time (even a day early), the team was courteous and professional, and the quality of their work is great. They listened to direction well, and corrected any issues that arose (they put back a light fixture in the wrong place and moved it after we pointed it out). I feel they knew what they were doing and the best products to use. They covered our flooring and elements that were not getting painted to prevent damage and I can't find any paint spills or smudges anywhere. Our project also involved a lot of wallpaper removal. I was nervous about this because if the wallpaper is not removed correctly the wall can be damaged or leftover wallpaper glue can cause the new paint not to adhere correctly. But it seems they did a great job with that part too. They communicated well with us via text. We weren't able to check on the project in person every day so they sent photos and details on progress. I plan to use them again for additional painting projects.
