I've also noticed that Touchstone is often doing a number of beer collaborations with other breweries which raises my excitement when thinking about going. Good beer needs good food, right? I'm usually not crazy about green olives, but it worked so well with the cheese. I've had tinned sardines in the past, and they were fine... along the lines of a tin of Fishwife.
