We called this company and we are SO glad we did. Joseph came out the next morning and assessed the damage done. Why the hell would I need someone to download cloud data when I still have access to OneDrive, I thought it was weird they were asking about OneDrive. Then to add injury, these clowns wiped my internal drive so my data is now gone so super fuck them.
