Holy wow, this is in a small town like ours . So now I'm looking at a new hobby. I was just thinking about it. Love this store. Also use to buy Eco Friendly granular for ticks and fleas to spread in my back yard to safely protect my 2 dogs who are family . Home Depot stopped selling it so I was looking to order it from Amazon . The Owner told me he could get it for me , even was cheaper and no extra for shipping . I bought 4 bags . He said he would put a few bags on his self to sell as well . Guess what after I recommended it to my friends those bags only sat on the self a few hours so he ordered more. Again I love this place.

The protection plan does not have live people you can speak with, only a website with a chat function. I have a claim with an assigned technician out of Kalamazoo who has canceled/rescheduled three times now. I have called to speak to someone at this store 5 times this morning. The first time they put me on an eternal hold. I called back and asked for a manager, was transferred, and hung up on twice. The fourth time I called it rang and rang and the line went dead. The fifth time I was told the manager was busy and it would be over an hour wait time to get help. I asked for the district manager information and was told "I'm just a cashier answering the phone, I don't know who that is. I wouldn't know where to find that"... I called Lowes customer service and they said they don't have manager info, I have to call the local store to find out. I called Lowes corporate twice, was connected to someone in India both times, and both of those people hung up on me. DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN FROM LOWES!! It's a total scam. I will not be purchasing ANYTHING from Lowes in the future.

The prices are reasonable and the inventory is seemingly endless. I will most likely be coming in regularly now since we are trying to increase our at home tool collection. The staff was friendly and asked if we needed any assistance. If you need some well priced tools, I would definitely recommend checking out Harbor Freight and Tool. You'll most likely be able to walk out with something you need.
