Jonathon and Ethan had already removed our old refrigerator, so both were taken away. We then went back to the Lowes in Mishawaka and purchased a different one. OUR ACCOUNT HAS STILL NOT BEEN CREDITED FOR this return! It was returned Sept. 16th and we are being told all sorts of stories one of which is that it's still on the truck. I want this resolved and credited to my account. Absolutely ridiculous! This is an edit to my review. I spoke with Lindsey this morning and she was wonderful. She listed to the runaround we were given at our Lowe's and the promises to refund that were made, and had no idea this was going on. She promptly put a refund on our account for the returned refrigerator and was very kind and professional. It will still take days until it shows up as "returned" but it should be there in 48 to 72 hours... not the greatest return from Syncrony Bank but when I spoke with them, they do see it was returned by the Benton Harbor Lowe's. Thank you again Lindsey!

And you are able to earn points with everyday purchases towards $10 coupons that arrive in the mail. Friendly, but mostly helpful staff with local employees and if they don't have what I need in stock they call me when it comes in. Never have had a problem with an exchange or a return. Great place for a last minute functional gift for boys, girls, women and men. My kids go for the free popcorn.

We came in the other day to get door knows, which I was able to find myself with wandering while my husband had to run around looking for help. We weren't greeted as we entered either, which isn't a big deal but was an indication that if we couldn't find what we were looking for we probably would have trouble finding someone since nobody could be found to ask from the start. In the future if we know what we need we will just have to go to the cashier at the front before straying too far.

I used to think ACE was just like the other big box places, but your Stevensville store really showed me the true meaning of a hometown hardware store! Two weekends ago, I stopped into my ACE. And the lady at the front register (wish I could remember her name) remembered my face and our previous convo about how I love getting popcorn from there on Saturdays...she fired up the popcorn machine while I was shopping! And I walked out with some of the freshest popcorn in all of Berrien County! I really appreciate your store and the wonderful people there. I know that if I need anything for a project my Stevensville ACE has me covered! Way to go team!

We had a hard time finding the item we needed, so we headed to the cashier to ask for help. Turned out they only had one left in the whole store, and it just so happened to be at her register, so that was lucky. This store is huge and has sections based on practically every animal. Whether you need something for your dog, your kitty, your hamster, your rabbit or even your birds, you will find what you need. They also have birds that made a nest in the ceiling so that was a fun distraction for the kid, and also pretty typical of this brand of store. I swear they always have birds haha. Overall, I would highly recommend coming in to get your items and would recommend asking for help from the employees if you need it. Overall this is a top notch place in my honest opinion and would come back again and again.
