The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they cant fix it, no one can! They do everything from auto keys, house keys and installation and more. This is Lansing's one stop lock shop! I can't say enough good things about this locksmith, they will take care of you. They have a nice showroom too.

In Lansing, you just have to go downtown, to Hack's Key Shop. I lost the key to my motorcycle, stupid me. I looked all over for it, and finally gave up. I took a lock off my bike, went down to Hack's, and half an hour later I had a key (and copies!) that would let me ride again. It cost $20 for the first key, every key thereafter was a reasonable $4. Those are pretty good rates - this isn't the first time I've had to do something like this.

The product we received was far superior to what Renewal By Anderson had installed the prior year and at HALF the cost!!! The wood looks great and after stain and poly, absolutely beautiful. That's what is expected when you ask for Anderson. DO NOT be fooled by the Renewal By Anderson ads. You will be very disappointed in their quality and you will pay double for the junk they install. I will be needing more windows replaced, will definitely have Antcliff Windows & Doors doing the job!!!

When my husband got there after taking a day off and renting a truck he was told they could have been delivered for 100 bucks ugh. Oh well. The windows are really nice and the price wasn't bad at all!
