Well I get a sewer guy out here and he says no it's not a sewer problem. It is main pipe issue. The sewer guy is nice enough to snake the main line twice. Unfortunately that didn't help. He said that I need to get a plumbing company like roto rooter out here. So I am back now trying to get a plumber. If Mitchell did the complete Job and tried to figure out what was going wrong, I wouldn'tbe having to deal with a toilet that won't flush and a backup in my shower.

After several incredibly stressful days without water, I cannot recommend Brian Clarke highly…read moreenough. Our water went out unexpectedly due to what we believed was a major well failure. With a large three-story home, multiple bathrooms, an indoor pool, extensive plumbing, and a complex well system serving the property, we feared the worst. We even had other professionals come out, and while they were courteous and tried their best, no one could pinpoint the problem. Brian arrived, immediately approached the situation with confidence, experience, and professionalism, and quickly identified that the primary issue was a leak in our irrigation system along with a pressure tank that needed replacement. Thanks to his expertise, he had our water restored that same day so our family of five--including my young grandson--could make it through the weekend. He then returned exactly as promised, replaced the pressure tank, completed the repairs, and had everything operating perfectly. What impressed me most wasn't just his technical ability--it was his character. Brian genuinely cared about getting our family back on our feet. He never made us feel like just another customer, and it was obvious his priority was solving the problem, not maximizing the bill. His pricing was incredibly fair, especially considering the complexity of the work and the time he invested. In a world where trust and craftsmanship can be difficult to find, Brian Clarke stands out as someone who truly earns both. His knowledge, honesty, work ethic, and commitment to doing the job right are exceptional. I would recommend him without hesitation to any family, homeowner, or military member looking for someone they can completely trust. Thank you, Brian, for restoring more than our water--you restored our peace of mind. A & C Miller

We had a water pipe burst in our bathroom, after normal business hours for most plumbers. I called Sound Plumbing at approximately 6:15pm and spoke with Chrystal: by 6:30pm we had received a budget and commitment for a NLT 7:30pm plumber show time. At 7:00pm Zach arrived and when I arrived at his vehicle, Zach, a broad smile on his face, introduced himself and held out his hand to shake my hand ... I immediately thought 'this company cares about their customers!' Zach completed the repair(s), despite my many questions throughout the process, in less than an hour; just before leaving, Zach again held out his hand to shake mine and again thanked me for the opportunity to provide his expertise and services. My experience with Sound Rooter & Plumbing: 1. Work quality: superior; 2. Budget: precise and exactly what I paid; 3. Responsiveness: clearly superior; 4. Communication: excellent, clear and concise; 5. Value: incalculable; and, 6. Customer focus - clearly sets the standard by which others should be judged and evaluated! B.K.
