The customer service agent at Tank's Green Stuff provided excellent information and answered all of our questions as to what soil would be the best option for our garden. She gave us the cost estimate for the soil and delivery fee with a date and time it would be delivered. We ordered two(2) cubic yards of Tank's Green Stuff - Pro Planting Mix to fill our raised beds. The cost estimate was exactly as described, the delivery was on time. Tim, the driver who delivered the soil, added a bonus to the entire experience. When he pulled up to our house in his big, delivery truck -- our neighbor and her children (two-to-15 years old) came outside to watch. He made the experience, not only accommodating for us, but fun for our neighbor and her kids. He even honked the big truck's horn twice before pulling away -- to much applause by the neighbors!! Thank goodness for YouTube and the Plumbing Suppliers store. I brought in the interior part of my spout and they helped me get it open so I could replace two O rings, one was completely worn out. They also suggested I use some silicone grease to avoid the plastic rings from becoming brittle and extending their use. All this for about $4.19!!! There were a number of professional plumbers getting supplies in the store, but I appreciate how they took their time to help me and not make me feel silly for not knowing exactly what to do. After I got home I was able to make the repair in about 5 mins and the dripping has stopped.

A little bummed I moved on and stopped in at Santa Rita Steel - whole different ball of wax. They have a friendly and helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. They actually took me out to the yard and showed me different material options and even some sample fence sections in the back - helping me change my plan a bit and get the correct amount of material ordered up. To my surprise, no one sold these GE plates in the whole state of AZ. In fact, I was told by several people including electricians that I would need to spend thousands of dollars to upgrade my box because it was from the early 80's. I am in no position to spend that kind of money. My inspector simply require I have a deadplate covering my breakers. So I got busy calling around to several metal and steel business to request a plate be made. Due to COVID 19 many places didn't have the bandwidth to get this done in a 24/48hr turnaround time or they didn't/won't due this type of work. I was desperate because my deadline was fast approaching. To my surprise, I was guided to contact Santa Rita Steel. I spoke with Poncho and well, the rest is history. Today I drove 160 miles round trip to Sierra Vista to return my 3 railings to the store there since the Tucson store would not return them there. While returning them I asked the staff if there was a restocking fee for them they said no your inside your 30 days. I then asked if there was a restocking fee for steps they also answered with no if your within your 30 days. I told them the Tucson store charged me and they said that's not right. I asked if it was same owner for both and I was told yes. The thing is I have all these conversations recorded and it won't be hard to move forward as planned now with the new information. Can't argue with recorded evidence. So in short I would watch this store and thier business practices. We will see if anyone responds from the owner or management. $ 1079 dollars isn't chump chang.

The sign is very bright but the parking situation is very lacking. There was already three cars in the parking lot and I had to park next to a truck that was parked incorrectly/illegally. As we walk into the store it's dimly lit and it looks like what an Ace hardware store used to look like in the early 90's. Shelves with items on them that aren't very clear of what they go to, also there isn't a directory of any sorts. There is a huge selection of shower doors, windows and chrome pieces to make a shower moldings. There was a huge selection of screws, nuts and bolts. Which is good. But all in all I found a better selection of stuff at camping world, etrailer.com and Amazon. They also told me that if I'm looking for something more specific for a travel trailer that I should go to all Rv service center which is right next door. But they do have a great sale on white rubberized coating. In a 5 gallon bucket. I believe it's used for resurfacing the roof. Ok that is all.
