The technicians (2) arrived on time, provided an estimate (replace two sets of attic stairs…read more(wooden) with aluminum stairs) and when we accepted the bid began work immediately. The job took several hours and apparently required more help as other techs were brought in to help complete the task. As a side note, we appreciated this being done as we have had projects done before where more help was needed and there was a delay in the job completion while everyone sat around and waited for the help to arrive. The group from "All in 1" did not delay bringing in other folks to help. When the job was completed they cleaned up the entire area and stacked to old material neatly outside for bulk pickup. Costwise: "All in 1" was within the range of other companies but is on the high side for the DFW market, but we felt we got our dollar's worth for the task and would use them again.

I especially appreciated that they came prepared to do the job that morning, and they finished the job in the time estimated and cleaned up the workspace. I called him about 2pm on a Friday afternoon to ask about installing a plug for an EV charger. He answered on the second ring and asked for the details as well as a pic of my electrical panel. A couple of texts back and forth and he said he already had the needed parts and was available to do the job the following Sunday. This obviously wasn't an emergency and I told him so but he insisted working Sunday was no problem. He showed up exactly on time Sunday morning. Did an extremely professional installation as well as cleaning up after the work was complete. His very fair quote was exactly what he charged. Rodney is now in my folder of saved companies in case I need his services again. Thank you Rodney!

Daniel and his crew delivered excellent communication and workmanship all five days they were here. They handled unexpected challenges and my mid project changes with skill, flexibility, and a consistently positive attitude. This time, Mark also connected me with Daina from Victory Paint for color guidance. Her ability to visualize what would work -- even when I wasn't sure -- completely transformed our main living areas and tied everything together beautifully. She stayed responsive throughout, which made coordination seamless. Great team, great results. This is why we keep coming back.

The handyman arrived on time, quoted a reasonable price, and assembled everything quickly--he even cleaned up after himself. Later, as we got to talking, it turned out he could also mount a TV; I was delighted to hear this and entrusted that job to him as well. It has been a long time since I've encountered someone so professional. Naturally, I will recommend them and will definitely be back.

I can't say enough good things about Vlad. He has helped us with several projects now, and each…read moretime he has gone above and beyond. We originally called for help removing an unusually placed back panel underneath our kitchen sink so we could access the plumbing. Once it was removed, I planned to install our new kitchen faucet myself, but quickly realized the space was so tight that I couldn't get the old fixture off. I called again the next day, and Vlad came out that morning and installed the new faucet for us. Then, later that same evening, I accidentally broke the cartridge while trying to install a new shower handle. We suddenly couldn't turn the water back on to the entire house. Even though Vlad had already worked a full day, he came by after his last job to help us figure out a way to at least get our water back on. What impressed me most was that he didn't just look for a quick temporary fix. He took his time, worked through the problem, and ultimately ended up fixing the shower handle and getting everything working properly. Vlad is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, and genuinely cares about finding the right solution rather than just putting a bandage on a problem. After moving into a new home and tackling a seemingly endless list of projects, finding someone this dependable has been incredibly valuable. We'll absolutely be calling Vlad again for future projects and would highly recommend him.

Did not respond to request for confirmation until an hour before the job and said he texted the wrong number asking for the address. I sent him a screenshot of our previous conversation where I gave him that info. He then said they were on another job but would be there as soon as they were done. Late in the day, I get another text saying they couldn't make it. (Mind you, I am onsite waiting) He apologized and then agreed to a new date and time in a few days. I made arrangements to be onsite and then I get a late night text right before the job, that he wasn't going to make it and that I should hire another contractor. I believe we should all take Steve up on his own recommendation and hire another contractor. It seems Handy Premium Handyman Services has trouble with communication, reliability and professionalism. They do get at least 1 star since they are good at apologizing. Avoid this contractor.
