Then Grant came for an inspection and immediately identified the root of the problem: powdery mildew which must be caused by storage of my clothing during the renovation. The storage room was most probably damp and thus fungi developed on my clothes. Grant was very helpful, checked the humidity of my whole apartment, told me how to salvage my "dusty" clothes, and gave me useful tips to keep mildew from resurfacing again. He did all these without charging me a cent, saying that he has done nothing for me.
