If I could give less than one star I would ! First they attempted to overcharge me and lied about…read morethe hours they were here doing preventative maintenance. Then they blamed it on that they don't do residential units ( something they should have just said from the first phone call instead of taking on the job) . Then they flat out lied about the work they did do. 3 MONTHS later my air conditioner stops blowing cold air. I contact them to see if they can come out since they did end up replacing a part and I wanted to make sure it wasn't that issue. They flat out refused. Said it wasn't their problem, they basically only changed out the filter (. backpedaling on all this alleged work they did and charged me for initially) and it was not their problem . They didn't stand behind their work and are probably some of the most unprofessional people out there. I can't call these people a business because they have conducted themselves as basically children with their LOL responses. I will be calling a proper company out and if they tell me that the issue is due to something they missed or a damaged part they installed you bet im going after them ! Just an embarrassment to the community to say the least. We do maintenance on our units to ensure all parts are working properly and the unit is in good condition. If the unit stops working 3 months after it was serviced the very least a professional company can do is take a look to see if anything they did is related to the current problem .Obviously these men are lazy and could care less about the work they do. Save your money especially if you have commercial units ! ADDED WOW the response says it all ! I guess these guys think I'm an idiot or wouldn't follow through with what I said.. in our text exchange they found it funny that I would dare come to them after they tinkered with my units and flat out refused to even take a look to see if it was possible they missed something. I'm not the only review here with a billing discrepancy! And a client doesn't lose credibility when they call a business dishonest and childish, because that's exactly the experience I had. I'm not going to hold back and not inform my community of what transpired. You were talking big via text calling it harassment when all I wanted was for you to come out and double check your work when something wasn't working right and you very recently serviced the unit. Again DISHONEST and childish, amateur hour and I stand by it 100 % ! Even my husband who is arguably more level headed and calmer than my self called them "a horrible company" .. your in the service business "gentlemen" act like it next time.

Contracted them to do preventative maintenance on my one year old food truck, 4 refrigerator units…read moretotal. Prior to his arrival I opened up all 4 access panels for easy access. My preventative maintenance consisted of cleaning the 4 air filters and blowing some air into drain pipes. Was originally quoted $200 but since it was an easy 15 minute job he brought it down to $150. That's $600 an hour that he charged me based on the actual time he was there. Price seems a little steep for the actual maintenance and time spent on my equipment. My experience is on preventative work only, not on actual repairs, but I'll probably go with someone else if I do have any repair issues down the road. Just seems like he took advantage. He could have told me that he was just going to blow compressed air into my filters and what that was gonna cost me. Honesty is hard to come by now a days I guess.
