I came here with my mother wanting to remove myself from her account. My mom lives 6 hours (driving) away and was visiting so we thought it was a good opportunity to go to the bank to do this. Wrong. We were told the next appointment was the following day. Wow. Really? A simple service to remove someone from an account. This is ridiculous. We don't live in the same city. I don't recommend this branch because it is not properly staffed or doesn't have proper staff training to provide typical bank services to customers. Bad experience and will likely cause me to close all my accounts at Chase. Months later when I visit my mother we went to the Chase bank where she lives and it took all of 5-10 minutes. What a joke this branch is. This location of Chase bank should be retrained because the quality of service is poor. I recall getting a phone call from this branch telling me that it was open again after Covid closure. That was highly suspicious Spam but now that I had this experience, makes sense at the unprofessional operation. The parking is not too busy but it is located in the middle of the city. There's a Starbucks in the same plaza. There are one way exits and it can be pretty inconvenient.

Employees looked at me and refused to make even the simplest transaction. ATM cards are replaced frequently. When you activate the new card and you make one mistake, BOOM, you're locked out of your account until you can physically go to the bank during their hours--no funds available if its a three-day weekend.

It's well lit at night and I usually feel pretty safe going even after hours. I have never been charged any unexpected fees, or had any problems with any part of my banking experience with Bank of America. I do wish their atm could allow me to take out more at a time though.
